Golf du Roncemay

The Golf Course at Roncemay Estate was created in 1989 by the international golfer Jean Garaialde, and by Jeremy Pern who has designed many international courses. It is set in majestic surroundings.

The 6270 metre long course makes its way through a forest of hundred-year-old oaks, beaches and birches to open out onto a vast plateau which is contoured and designed to resemble a Scottish links course.

This international 18-hole Golf Course comprises two parts: there are 11 holes through the forest, and seven holes on the mountainous plateau overlooking the Yonne countryside.

It is a selective golf course which can be played by golfers of all levels. However, the very sloping greens require careful putting.

A very large indoor driving range with 12 bays and a further 40 bays on grass, a pitch and putt and a 3-hole practice course complete the facilities. On site: hire of golf buggies, hand trolleys and power caddies, half sets.
