Parc Zoologique and Botanique De Mulhouse presents its animals in as near a natural environment as possible. The Zoo works in several countries, helping local populations to conserve their wildlife: Madagascar, Brazil, Kenya, Philippines, Colombia, Cete d’Ivoire, Ghana, etc. The objective of Mulhouse zoo is to conserve the most endangered species in their original environment.
Mulhouse zoo is one of the founding members of the CEPA, Conservation des Especes et Populations Animales (Animal Population and Species Conservation) which strives to protect forgotten animal species. It takes part in several international animal research and conservation programmes like, for example, the EEP European Endangered Species programme.
Visit the childrens’ zoo where coming into contact with the animals is encouraged. A day out that the children will talk about for months and remember forever.
