Elected World’s Best Theme Park in 2012 by the prestigious Thea Awards in Los Angeles, the Puy du Fou celebrates the 25th anniversary of its Grand Parc by inviting visitors to enjoy some new experiences. Emotion, spectacle and fantasy are to the fore for this new season of daytime entertainment, which opens on 13 April 2013. The legendary Knights of the Round Table gallop in this year with a new show for the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou, offering a heart-stopping dive into history between myth and special effects!
The Knights of the Round Table legend makes a remarkable entry into the Puy du Fou’s dazzling world of daytime shows. Borne along by a breath-takingly epic and fantasy-filled script, the Grand Parc’s visitors will be gripped by the unexpected twists and turns of this supernatural ballet of chivalry. The brand-new spectacle has been dreamt up by the Puy du Fou team. They have spared no expense in the recounting of this most famous of legends, commissioning an original soundtrack from Jacques Raveleau-Duparc and Frédéric Dunis and devising grandiose special effects to blend with unique visual illusions, conceived in association with famous French magicians and illusionists Dani Lary and Bertran Lotth. The magic tricks of Merlin and the Lady of the Lake, the levitation of Arthur and the Round Table, and the astonishing finale will leave spectators speechless.
