Located 25 km from Millau, this 100 year old railway line takes you on a journey high above the Cernon valley. Established in 2001 there have been constant improvments and developments in the vehicles that ensure both comfort and safety. The velorail vehicle is basically a four wheeled bicyle on rails. There enough room for two adult passengers (Mum and Dad) as well as the two peddlers (the kids). Baby seats are available.
The journey takes you, if you travel the whole distance, through tunnels and across viaducts. There are breathtaking views of the villages of Sainte Eulalie de Cernon, Lapanouse de Cernon and the hilltop village of La Bastide-Pradines.
During peak season it is best to make a reservation.
