Over 50 local style buildings have been built of granite and limestone. Thousands of tiny roof tiles have been hand-made to cover the roof of the magnificent church. Fifteen years of work have resulted in this spectacular indoor model of the Vendeean countryside and village life.
The model is home to 650 model people and is complete with its own railway. The steam train runs around the full length of the model on over 70 metres of track. The model comes to life as the sun sets and the lights come on in houses, farms and shops.
