[post_content] => The 18th century granite farmhouse and adjacent cottage are let as one unit and are suitable for larger family groups of 10 to 14 + cots. They are set away from the other two cottages down a private drive in their own pretty formal gardens with lawns, shrubs and plenty of mature trees for shade. The house has been renovated to offer comfortable accommodation but retaining its olde worlde character.
The arched granite doorway opens in to a large airy lounge with dual aspect windows comfortable chairs and sofas, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player. There are a large selection of books, videos, board games, DVDs and Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Leading from the lounge is the fitted kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, gas hob, large fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender etc. There are loads of decent crockery and cutlery and plenty of serving dishes etc. for large groups to be catered for properly. There is also a huge collection of cookery books to help you plan your holiday meals.
From the kitchen is the beamed dining room with two large antique dining tables and chairs. Leading on from this is a utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, shower and toilet, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there is a family bedroom (double and single bed) with ensuite shower and toilet. Two double bedrooms a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
The small “Hansel & Gretel†cottage next door has one large bedroom with a double bed and two singles. Downstairs is the bathroom and kitchen/lounge with sofa and armchairs and table with benches. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas hob and microwave oven.
Outside - The farmhouse and cottage enjoy their own private large lawned area and gardens with BBQ, garden tables, chairs and parasols. Access to the swimming pool is shared with our other two gites Maison Madeleine & Marie.

This delightful cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms,2 bathroom facilities and an open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.
Bedroom 1: Downstairs - 1 Double bed plus en-suite shower and WC

In the large south-facing private garden there are tables and chairs for 6, parasol and BBQ.

In the large shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use . Pools open from 4 APRIL to 25 September.
In the shared landscaped garden are: childrens climbing frame, basketball net, swings and slides, outdoor table tennis, football net, badminton/volleyball net, “Bleuet†Playhouse (Cornflower) for young children in its walled garden, boules, bats, balls and other outdoor games, terrace to relax, bbq, breakfast or have an evening drink.

Opposite the manor are the former stables which have been tastefully converted into 2 self catering holiday cottages offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat from the congestion and stress of everyday life.
Each cottage has its own furnished terrace with access to the grounds and its many facilities including swimming pool, full size boule court, barbeque and grassed areas for leisure and relaxation.
The interiors of the cottages retain the character of the old stables with beamed ceilings, some exposed stonework and comfortable furnishings to a high standard..

[post_content] => Piaf Cottage Sleeps 5 Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking. Each cottage has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. All kitchens have microwaves, kettles, toasters and full cooking facilities. All lounges have TV and video and there is a communal video library with a variety of tapes, numbering about 400! Communal washing machine in laundry room.
Piaf Cottage has an open plan living and dining room with TV & Stereo. There is also a well equipped kitchen.
There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. Family bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. There is a private outside area at the edge of the cottage which has a BBQ.

[post_content] => Lustruyen Cottage - Pretty detached slate and granite cottage that sleeps 4/6. The open plan ground floor has a lounge/kitchen/dining area and bathroom. There is an antique dining table and chairs seating six.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave oven. There are plenty of china, cutlery and glasses and all the normal appliances i.e. kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender etc.
The comfortable lounge area has two leather chesterfield settees, books, flatscreened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player and French doors lead to a private patio area which overlooks a small apple orchard and grassed area with a rotary washing line. The upstairs is fully carpeted with one double bedroom and a family room with a double bed and sofa bed.
Situated across the gravelled courtyard from our other property, Lustruyen Cottage, is the farmhouse that sleeps 10 + cot. The door opens into an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large farmhouse table and chairs, comfortable sofas and armchairs, books, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player & Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with plenty of quality glasses, crockery, cutlery, non stick pans as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender etc. There is a gas hob/oven, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
On the ground floor there is also a family bedroom with a double and single bed and en-suite shower/toilet.
Upstairs is fully carpeted with a double bedroom, a family room with a double and single bed, a twin bedroom and bathroom. To the front of the farmhouse hidden from view is a small secluded private garden with a rotary washing line.
Outside - Here on site you can enjoy swimming in our 10x5 metre (32' X 16') heated, fenced, swimming pool with shallow end and roman steps. You will find the pool is sheltered and well positioned to remain in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. The pool is normally open from the end of May to the end of September.
Also in the grounds are a boules court, table tennis, trampoline with safety net, swingball, children's swing and slide, basketball net, badminton and children's playhouse. We also have a grassed area that we keep cut for ball games (football, cricket and rounders) so that children can play safely within sight but without disturbing the adults.
There is plenty of room with in the grounds to park cars safely. The farmhouse and cottage are detached from each other across a gravelled courtyard. There is a communal room that the two properties have a key to housing the washing machine, freezer, ironing boards, clothes airers, irons, hoovers, video library and space for storage of bikes, roof racks etc.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan lounge with a superb original exposed stone fireplace filling one wall, a separate dining area and a fitted kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower/toilet. The open tread stair leads to first floor where there is one further double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. Family shower room. All bedrooms are carpeted. Outside is a private garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, has a gas full cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker. Heating is by wood burning stoves and electric wall heaters. Outside: the house has its own private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which entitles fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.
