[post_content] => Renting both of the Brittany cottages at Le Crann is very popular with large families and groups who want to be together for a special event or holiday and the space to spread out. The cottages are Fuchsia (sleeps 7, ref no.1427) and Wisteria (sleeps 10, ref 1428)

Together there are 7 bedrooms, 5 bathroom facilities. Wisteria has a fully equipped kitchen for larger groups with dining seating for 16, a spacious lounge and an open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.

Available on request and free of charge to all our guests: 12 bicycles, 2 baby seats, 3 golf sets, 1 half set for ladies/juniors, 2 pushchairs for toddlers, 4 tennis rackets, cooler boxes, baby equipment (cots, highchairs, steriliser, baby bath, changing mats, potties etc)
In the shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use. Pools open from 4 Apr to the 25 Sept.
Also: childrens climbing frame, basketball net, swings and slides, outdoor table tennis, football net, badminton/volleyball net, “Bleuet†Playhouse (Cornflower) for young children in its walled garden, boules, bats, balls and terrace

The cottage ha a large lounge area with exposed chestnut beams, 2 large comfy sofas,32" flat screen TV with free to air UK TV channels and DVD player. The modern kitchen includes a NEFF built in oven and gas hob, BOSCH integrated dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker along with large solid oak dining table and 6 matching chairs. The master bedroom has matching pine furniture including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cheval mirror and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Both bedroom 2 and 3 has 2 single pine beds and wardrobes. The cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of lawn garden with a large patio area near the cottage with table and chairs, BBQ and sun parasol. The heated swimming pool is approx 8m by 4m with a patio area facing south and has sun loungers and parasol for our guests use. The swimming pool is available from mid May to MID September. The swimming pool is fenced off from the house and also has an alarm system which complies to French regulations. The pool is heated by an air source heat pump. All bed linen, cleaning materials and baby equipment are included in the price of the rental

The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.

If you are coming with a large party and are booking more than one gite, La Vieille Ferme will be one of the gites you must book as there is plenty of room for up to 24 people to sit together if tables are brought in from the other gites.
Upstairs offers 1 double bedroom, one with twin beds and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. One bathroom has bath & basin whilst the other has shower, basin & toilet. There is a also a separate toilet.
With central heating and also a woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

These cottages are named after the nearby River Blavet locks of Treblavet, Minazen and Rimaison.
** There is a new room with three beds, shower and toilet, above the information cottage which would be suitable for teenagers, if you need extra, room only, accommodation. The rental is 200€ per week for two people in peak season.
Full of character, this detached cottage is the perfect place to stay with family or friends. Standing a little apart from the other two cottages, this former barn blends the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. It has its own private garden and outdoor games are available, BBQ and sun loungers.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave) living room (with TV English channels), dining area, utility room and toilet. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bramble cottage is a newly renovated stone cottage with private heated pool for sole use of guests. The cottage is set in a quiet rural setting but within easy reach of all amenities. We can provide our guests with a 20% discount code on any Brittany Ferries crossing.
The house offers very comfortable accommodation across 3 levels, for up to 10 people, only half a mile from the village centre in a small quiet farming community. When the lights go out, the stars come on in full glory.
