Kitchen - It contains a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and good storage for the supplied kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Lounge/Dining Area with wood parquet floors, beamed ceiling, picture windows to country views, french doors with small balcony (two chair size) overlooking the courtyard and country views.
This is a large comfortable room with a 3 piece leather suite, and has an extendable dining table with ample seating for at least 6 people. There is also an additional sofa which can convert into a single bed. A TV receives English Satellite Television. There is a DVD player and a video recorder, along with a selection of videos and dvd's.
Bedroom One: Good size Double room, furnished in 'shabby chic' French style furniture and crystal chandelier. Nice picture window with rear view to countryside.
Bedroom Two: Large room, with Double Bed. . It is furnished in traditional dark wood furniture.
Bedroom Three: Good size Twin room suitable for the young at heart with rear views to countryside.
Large bathroom, with bath/shower, washbasin & W.C.
Separate Shower room with hand basin.
There are oscillating fans in every bedroom.

[post_content] => This holiday rental home can sleep 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms, 2 doubles downstairs, one double and 1 twin upstairs, a mezzanine bed/sofa area with a TV for PS2/DVD console. The shower wet room and separate toilet are downstairs. One double room has an en-suite shower and is suitable for wheelchair users, a wheel in shower chair can be provided. The lounge/diner and kitchen can also be accessed by wheelchair.
There is a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The combined living/dining area has a CD/iPod/MP3 player and Digital TV(French freeview only) DVD, CD's and DVDs can be borrowed from us. There is an iron and hairdryer. There is plenty of comfortable furniture.We also provide WiFi internet access free.
If you have small children travelling with you, we provide a cot, highchair and baby bath. There are also games for children, swings, table tennis, badminton, rounders, croquet and football nets. We have a gate for the stairs, our pool is alarmed, the grounds are not fenced but are secure.
La Vigne has its own terrace and BBQ area facing the vines in the garden only a short distance from the Hot Tub (adults only) and alarmed swimming pool 16 x 14 metres which guests staying here share with any B&B guests in La Source (max of 4 in B&B) Generally the pool is only used by La Vigne guests. It is open from Mid May until Mid/Late Sept depending on the weather.
Prices are inclusive for all linen and towels, including pool towels, electricity and gas costs in High Season, paid to cost in other seasons. We do not recommend 8 adults using the property as the twin bedroom is only suitable for children.
Taxi and child minding services are available - you might need a break too!
An additional option is 4 course evening meals being delivered to your gite, we even take the washing up away!
The pool, jacuzzi and grounds are shared with our bed and breakfast guests staying next door. This is generally no more than 4, max 6.

[post_content] => Le Mas is a characterful farmhouse and a perfect home from home, full of original beams, fireplaces and thick stone walls. It is currently being renovated and will be available from Easter 2016. The photos show the house pre-renovation.
Kitchen and living-room
The large well-equipped kitchen (60m²) is the centre of the house, great for family meals where 12 people can sit comfortably around the table. The exposed stone walls show the history of the house, with a centuries-old larder and a stone evier (basin).
The terracotta floor tiles lead to the living room (48m²), which like the kitchen has exposed beams, an enormous fireplace with a wood burner (wood provided) and doors leading outside. There are comfortable sofas and chairs, and plenty of games and books to enjoy.
If you want to catch up on the news or watch a film there is a flat screen satellite TV with English channels.
5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor at opposite ends of the house, each with two single beds en suite bathrooms with showers. One of these bedrooms is wheelchair accessible. The other three bedrooms are accessed via two staircases. The first staircase leads to a double-aspect bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower. The main staircase goes from the kitchen up to the two large gabled master bedrooms (56m² and 50m²).
The master bedrooms have wooden floors, beautiful original beams and are light and bright. Windows have views to the fields and woods beyond, being the perfect lookout for deer, kestrels and wild boars. Both master bedrooms have large en suite bathrooms with showers and baths.
Outside
Opposite the kitchen is the covered summer kitchen (80m²). Originally a barn, it still retains the roof but is partly open on three sides, affording you shade and a cool breeze. There is a small kitchen area with sink, fridge and a Weber 3 burner gas barbeque (gas provided). A large dining table, 12 chairs and comfortable seating make it the perfect setting for long lunches, escaping the sun or spending time together late into the night.
There are games to play in the garden, and the pool to enjoy. The 9 x 4 meter pool has a deep and a shallow end, with steps down into the water for easy access (no awkward ladder). It's positioned to take in the view over the fields and woods beyond, so lie back on the sun-loungers and enjoy it! If you are seeking solitude there are several private spots in the garden. The pool is not heated, and for that reason is closed from November to April.

There is a DVD player and a video recorder, along with a selection of videos and dvd's.
Bedroom One: Good size Double room, furnished in 'shabby chic' French style furniture and crystal chandelier. Nice picture window with rear view to countryside.
Bedroom Two: Large room, with Double Bed. . It is furnished in traditional dark wood furniture.
Bedroom Three: Good size Twin room suitable for the young at heart with rear views to countryside.
Large bathroom, with bath/shower, washbasin & W.C.
Separate Shower room with hand basin.
There are oscillating fans in every bedroom.
Prices include all bed linen, towels and tea-towels.
Washing service can be provided (owners own machine)
