[post_content] => In an old farm (smallholding) from the XVIII th century, in the center of 8 hectares of limousin's country (field, wood), we propose you a separate-independant gite : the Fournil.
The Fournil is a small house, 51 square meter, for 1 to 3 personns, created in an old small bakery. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a sofa-bed, and satellite television ; a bedroom with a double bed ; a bathroom and a separate WC ; a free internet connexion (by CPL).
Outside, you have a private patio/terrace, with barbecue, table and chairs with parasol.
You have a acces to a barn with ping-pong, babyfoot, and you can have wakes in the property.
We can lend you some baby equipement (bed, high chair).
Pet and dog are friendly.
We provide many useful leaflets and brochures on local attractions and places to visit. There is also a tourism office at only 3 kms (at Pierre-Buffière).
Our english is a french school english, so it's just, but I'm trying to improve it (I have english friends here !) And I love to practice.

The hallway of the gite (6 people) leads to a double bedroom (bed 160 cm), a bathroom with shower and large bath and a toilet. Then 2 steps up, living area with kitchenette and a working fireplace. There is a mezzanine with a sofa bed (135 cm), 2 single beds and a TV corner.
In the same building, there are 2 more double bedrooms, each with their own shower and toilet.
The purple room has a 140 cm bed
The white room has a 160 cm bed ( riverside)

The property sleeps 2 very comfortably, but there is a large couch and extra bed linen can be provided for a 3rd person if required. (Note: Shower/WC is accessed via the bedroom)

[post_content] => The gite sleeps 8 and is converted from a large stone barn.
It is one of two gites that are set in 2 acres of land mainly laid to grass with a lovely 10x5m swimming pool that has a terrace with loungers, parasols and a Gazebo for when you want to escape the sun completely.
It is in a really really quiet rural area with a single track lane running past.
The entry into the gite is into a large well appointed kitchen and dining room with a wooden table and high backed faux leather chairs for 8 people.
The hallway leads to a large lounge which has a very homely feel to it with 4 sofas one which converts into a double bed so can accommodate 2 extra people. There is a lovely large carved wooden wall unit, 2 coffee tables and side tables with lamps. We also have satellite flat screen TV, DVD player.
From this hallway there is a shower room with shower cubicle, a large sink unit with cupboard and mirror and a toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a carved wooden double bed, wardrobe , bedside tables and dressing table.
The second bedroom is much larger, it is split into two with an iron framed double bed and on a mezzanine floor there is a second double bed.
The third bedroom although smaller than the others is still a good size with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables.
On the landing leading to the bedrooms is also the bathroom which has a bath with shower over it, and a glass screen, a sink unit with cupboard and mirror and a toilet.
