[post_content] => Maison Lavaud offers self catering accommodation, and an ideal base to explore the Haute Vienne and the Limousin region of France. The cottage/Gite has Satellite TV, WiFi and wired internet access and Pets are welcome.
The property sleeps 2 very comfortably, but there is a large couch and extra bed linen can be provided for a 3rd person if required. (Note: Shower/WC is accessed via the bedroom)
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen/lounge/dinning area with stairs leading to a twin bedroom and en suite shower room. It has UK Satellite TV and French Free view TV, Hi-Fi and DVD.
The property is heated by a log burning fire and electric heaters. Outside there is a patio area with delightful countryside views, Internet Access available, BBQ and ample private parking.

[post_content] => The Gite entrance is into a lovely large lounge /dining room which has 2 sofas, one which is a sofa bed so can sleep an extra 2 people.
There is a coffee table and unit that has a satellite flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player, also drawers and bookcase with lamps on.
At the other end of the room is a wooden table with 6 high backed faux leather chairs. This room also has a wood burner for any chilly evenings in the spring/autumn.
The kitchen has a rustic feel to it with an original stone wall and tiled work surface with a pine dresser and lots of appliances.
There is a downstairs bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower over the bath with a glass shower screen.
The staircase leads from the lounge to the bedrooms which have a lot of character including original beams.
One bedroom has a pine double bed and the other has 2 pine single beds this room can also take another child's bed if necessary, both have wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables with lamps.

Les Fleurs (previously named Lavender) overlooks the pretty village of Grandmont and is a cosy two double bedroomed cottage sleeping up to five guests. This spacious gite is ideal for two couples sharing but also includes a sofa bed in the lounge.
Set across one level, Les Fleurs overlooks the pretty village of Grandmont. Access is around the back of the property, just a few metres from the pool and main garden and leads onto the chemin into the forests.
Wifi internet, electric heating and a Godin wood burner for the cooler winter months completes this lovely gite.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The gite is also available for winter rental from around late September up to early April.
The gite is one of three gites at the Grandmont Gites complex. Guests of all gites have use of the pool, grounds and activities.

It has a large and well equipped kitchen dining-room (51 m2), with an imposing fireplace ; a large living room (41 m2), with satellite television, sofa, armchairs, and a sofa-bed.
It has two bedrooms : one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and a single on.
It has a bathroom, and a separate WC,a free internet connexion (by CPL ).
Outside you have a private wood terrace, with table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue.
You have acces to a barn with ping-pong, babyfoot, and you can have a wake in the property.
We can lend you some baby equipement (bed, high chair)
Pet and dog are friendly -welcome.
We provide many useful leaflets and brochures on local attractions and places to visit. There is also a tourism office at only 3 kms.
Our english is a french school english, so it's just, but we trying to improve it ! And we love to practice.
