Books and games are provided and there is high speed Wifi internet access throughout the gite. French doors open out onto your own private garden.

Off the lounge the kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard including a dishwasher, gas cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave and grill.
Dining area:
Complete with a very large table, with seating for 10 people.
Double bedroom:
A large double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed.
Bathroom:
Large bathroom with shower, separate bath, handbasin and toilet.
Utility room:
Washing machine and toilet.

The ground floor has direct access to the driveway and front garden and is open-plan format, providing flexible facilities for a couple or larger family. It serves as a kitchen-diner with modern equipment. The lounge is ideal for quiet evenings or lively home entertainment, with music, DVD's, a TV and board games. The small private garden has a table and chairs for al fresco eating with a barbecue.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with plenty of storage. The bathroom is completely new and includes a shower, washbasin and WC.
All linen and towels are included, together with cleaning costs.
There is a large gated car park at the front of the cottage.

Dining room with dining table for 6. Large lounge with leather sofas, Freesat UK TV channels and DVD player, 3 large bedrooms (2 singles and one king size), 2 cloakrooms and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Conservatory with rattan furniture looking over the fields and orchard at the back. Huge private garden with outdoor table and chairs, orchard with pears, blackcurrants, apples, walnuts and hazelnuts. Freestanding swimming pool (from Summer 2016) with decking area and barbeque. For those colder nights there is a wood burning stove in the kitchen and infra red eco heat panels in all rooms.
The cottage is currently being renovated and updated and will be available from April 2016. New pictures will be added as rooms are finished!
