All three bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles.

Poppy Cottage, with shared pool, sleeps 5 This is a wonderfully renovated cottage in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room and a fully equipped gym.
This is a semi-detached barn conversion, tastefully decorated. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge diner with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) , a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; shower room with toilet and wash basin and on the first floor there is one double and one triple (single beds) bedroom. Outside Poppy has its new decked patio area with brand new stone BBQ and beautiful private flowered garden.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. The gardens are magnificent; extensive lawned areas, plus beautifully planted flower beds. The large (10 x 5 m) heated pool, is fully enclosed and has ample sun loungers, which is open end May to September. Each cottage has garden furniture, BBQ, and private patio outside.

[post_content] => Piaf Cottage Sleeps 5 Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking. Each cottage has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. All kitchens have microwaves, kettles, toasters and full cooking facilities. All lounges have TV and video and there is a communal video library with a variety of tapes, numbering about 400! Communal washing machine in laundry room.
Piaf Cottage has an open plan living and dining room with TV & Stereo. There is also a well equipped kitchen.
There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. Family bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. There is a private outside area at the edge of the cottage which has a BBQ.

[post_content] => This is the smallest of the gites at La Lohuas, with a downstairs bathroom and two adjoining upstairs rooms, the stairs arrive in the double room and there is a twin room leading off. Both rooms have ample place for a cot. The ceilings upstairs are sloping with exposed beams and may be difficult for very tall people. The kitchen and living/dining area are adjoined making it a cosy, sociable space downstairs - several little windows at the back of the cottage look out across the play area and animal enclosure.

Outside
Set in rural farmland of over four acres, La Lohuas has a several discreet outside areas within it's boundaries. Each with it's own attraction and character.
The most popular with children is the fenced and secure play area, which has been designed to ensure that children can “let their hair down†without disturbing the other guests. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

Ideal holiday cottage for familes and can be rented with the other two cottages for a group holiday. The Cottage has very large French doors over looking the swimming pool and also to the rear which over looks the lake. From entering the hallway, you have a downstairs cloakroom with the washing machine. From the hallway you enter the large spacious kitchen which has modern units and all the appliances and equipment you require for a self catering holiday. The large dining table and 8 chairs leads onto the very spacious lounge with 2 large sofas, English freeview TV, BLUE RAY player and 39" flat screen tv. Another peaceful seating area over looks the swimming pool and there is also a table football to keep children of all ages amused. Upstairs there is 2 master bedroom with king size beds. The first mast bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with free standing bath and shower cabinet. The second master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Two further twin bedrooms then share a further family bathroom with bath. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a large terrace with wooden table and chairs and BBQ. The in ground heated swimming pool is approx.8m by 4m and is securely fenced as per French regulations. Plenty of sun beds, chairs and sun umbrellas are situated around the swimming pool.
