Hydrangea nr Baud with shared pool, sleeping 4. This cottage is full of the original features but with modern furniture and comfort - especially the beds. One bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a king size bed, or separated to be used as twins, and the other has a king size bed.
Fully equipped modern kitchen, open plan with lounge/dining area with Satellite TV & DVD player. WiFi available via your own device. Shared laundry room.
Outside there are large grounds to the front, with a private terrace and BBQ. In the communal gardens there is a competition boule court, badminton court and football goal, swimming pool and short tennis court. For your relaxation, some books and board games are provided.
Ideal for family groups with the addition of a children's playroom aimed at age groups up to pre-school and also a new sturdy play area for them too including swings, slides, climbing frame etc, so should keep them all amused whatever the weather. For the convenience of all young families, the owners now have available: Umbrella push chair, Booster seat, Bed guards, changing mat, baby monitor, potty, toilet seat and bathroom step, hand blender, plastic cutlery, beakers and plates, sterilising unit, First aid kit, Nappy and pre-prepared baby food ordering service, plus full cream milk, bottled water, etc as required on arrival. Set in large lawned gardens this is one of three other small but newly renovated cottages, situated three miles from Pluméliau, a large town with all shops, bars and restaurants, and two miles from Moustoir Remungol in the other direction.

[post_content] => Restored in the early 20th Century, this was the original farmhouse, and as was tradition, the principal ground floor room is a large kitchen and dining room, with a separate small lounge. Many original features have been retained such as the stone fireplace and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons that we have provided such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine,electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many cottages, and quite often get frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will find that we have thought of everything... If in doubt, ask to see the full list, and no, we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 people.
The separate lounge has two comfy sofas, satellite TV, and DVD player, and book shelves with books and DVDs.
Large ground floor family bathroom, with bath and shower over, handbasin and w.c.
Corridor to boiler room, and door to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, and one twin bedded room, and a games room containing a multi-games table, and board games.
For our younger guests.....there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A high chair, cot (with bedding), and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating during the colder months.

This is a luxury cottage, set in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room and a fully equipped gym.
On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) diner, with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a large bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet, toilet and basin; then a further toilet with wash basin.
On the first floor there are two huge bedrooms: one double, and one twin.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. The gardens are magnificent; extensive lawned areas, plus beautifully planted flower beds. [post_content] => Middle Cottage is a stone built, sympathetically renovated house which has two bedrooms, sleeping up to four people, and a bathroom upstairs and a large sitting room with kitchen downstairs. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable. There is a television and wireless internet is provided. The garden is south facing and you can eat your meals at the table and chairs immediately outside the cottage.
I have hens, ducks, goats and a veggie growing area two hundred metres from the cottage, and a rabbit area in the garden. I also have three cats who roam about freely.
All bedlinen and towels are included in the price, as are tea towels, dishwasher tablets, logs for the woodburner etc. If you are planning to arrive after the shops have closed, then I can arrange for essentials like milk to be bought and waiting for you in the cottage if you let me know what you require.
Beach towels can also be provided and bicycles are available for hire from the main house.

Fully equipped modern kitchen, open plan with lounge/dining area with Satellite TV & DVD player. WiFi available via your own device. Shared laundry room.
Outside there are large grounds to the front, with a private terrace and BBQ. In the communal gardens there is a competition boule court, badminton court and football goal, swimming pool and short tennis court. For your relaxation, some books and board games are provided.
Ideal for family groups with the addition of a children's playroom aimed at age groups up to pre-school and also a new sturdy play area for them too including swings, slides, climbing frame etc, so should keep them all amused whatever the weather. For the convenience of all young families, the owners now have available: Umbrella push chair, Booster seat, Bed guards, changing mat, baby monitor, potty, toilet seat and bathroom step, hand blender, plastic cutlery, beakers and plates, sterilising unit, First aid kit, Nappy and pre-prepared baby food ordering service, plus full cream milk, bottled water, etc as required on arrival. Set in large lawned gardens this is one of three other small but newly renovated cottages, situated three miles from Pluméliau, a large town with all shops, bars and restaurants, and two miles from Moustoir Remungol in the other direction.
