On the ground floor is a large open plan beamed lounge with exposed stone fireplace, a large dining area and fitted kitchen. Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker.
A feature open tread staircase leads to the first floor where there is a superb master bedroom with French windows with extensive views over the lake.
2 twin bedrooms. a bathroom bath/shower. All bedrooms are carpeted. This cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating. Private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which entitles fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.

The cottage is set amidst beautiful countryside approximately 2 miles from the local village of Guern, 10 miles from the historic town of Pontivy and a 45 minute drive from Vannes and 30 minutes to the renown southern coast of Brittany.
Theself catering holiday accommodation comprises one double and two twin rooms, a separate WC and bathroom with shower on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a large fitted farmhouse kitchen, a very comfortable lounge with log-burning stove and cloakroom.There is also central heating for comfortable off-season lets. A cot and highchair are available.
The location is ideal for outdoor pursuits. It is close to 250 acre forest with an abundance of wildlife and many species of bird life, including the magnificent kingfisher.
The property still has many of the original granite buildings, some of which have been utilized for the benefit of the visitors, but still retaining the charm of the country property.
Surrounding the cottage there is approximately 8 acres of meadowland and more formal lawns through which the River Sarre meanders with good trout and pike fishing.The mill leat feeds a large pond in front of the house and whilst swimming and paddling can take place it is advisable to always ensure young children are supervised. A canoe is provided for further enjoyment of the water at visitors own risk.
There is ample space for outdoor games too. A barbecue and garden furniture are provided and there is badminton and petangue. The latter are shared facilities with THE COTTAGE next door which is also available for renting together with MAISON BLANCHE for large groups.
A 2m plunge pool is also provided to add to your enjoyment of the garden.
Fishing is permitted from the garden or surrounding meadow and licences are easily obtained.

Set in rural farmland of over four acres, La Lohuas has a several discreet outside areas within it's boundaries. Each with it's own attraction and character.
The most popular with children is the fenced and secure play area, which has been designed to ensure that children can “let their hair down†without disturbing the other guests. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

On the first-floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. The family bedroom on the upper-floor with its low level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with French-style bath, bidet etc.. A child's (or parent's) dream!
With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

Patio : From the Kitchen, the double doors open onto the sunny Patio area with a large table with seating, parasols and a BBQ. Your memorable alfresco evenings start here; enjoy a glass of wine, surrounded by sweet smelling herbs, and watching the sunset.
Lounge : The spacious lounge with huge granite fireplace and wood burner has plenty of comfortable seating for your relaxing evenings, a 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, free-view satellite TV, and WIFI internet.

Outside : The family friendly private garden surrounds the property. You can watch the kids splashing in the above ground Pool (5 metre diameter), playing table tennis, badminton or boules, whilst you relax on one of the sun loungers.

[post_content] => Le Vieux Ferme is a large spacious cottage with three bedrooms that sleeps 6.
On the ground floor is a large open plan beamed lounge with exposed stone fireplace, a large dining area and fitted kitchen. Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker.
A feature open tread staircase leads to the first floor where there is a superb master bedroom with French windows with extensive views over the lake.
2 twin bedrooms. a bathroom bath/shower. All bedrooms are carpeted. This cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating. Private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. Outside: the cottage has its own private garden with BBQs and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which entitles fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.

The cottage is set amidst beautiful countryside approximately 2 miles from the local village of Guern, 10 miles from the historic town of Pontivy and a 45 minute drive from Vannes and 30 minutes to the renown southern coast of Brittany.
Cerise is a spacious three bedroomed cottage split over two floors. The terrace at the front faces south, overlooking the raised water feature at the front of La Lohuas.
