This timeless cottage has 4 bedrooms,5 bathroom facilities and a spacious open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.

In the large shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use . Pools open from 4 April to 25 September.
In the shared landscaped garden are: childrens climbing frame, basketball net, swings and slides, outdoor table tennis, football net, badminton/volleyball net, “Bleuet†Playhouse (Cornflower) for young children in its walled garden, boules, bats, balls and other outdoor games; terrace with stunning views to relax

[post_content] => Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation.
Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Maison Marie is the smaller of these two cottages and sleeps 5 + cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen /lounge area. The lounge has a sofa and armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric/gas hob with gas oven fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Ground floor shower room and toilet. Large French doors open onto a patio area with tables and chairs, parasols and BBQ.
Upstairs is a bathroom, double bedroom and family bedroom with a double bed and single bed.
Outside there is a large lawned area outside of both Madeleine and Marie which has been very popular with holidaymakers with young children as there are lots of toys, swing slide etc. Here and it enables parents to keep an eye on their children from inside the cottage or relax with a drink outside with their children in full view whilst they are playing. Across the lawned area is the boules court and large playing field for cricket, football & rounders etc.

The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.

Many original features have been retained, such as a stone fireplace, and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons we provide such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The ground floor accommodation is open plan and consists of:-
A dining area with a large table and chairs for 6 people.
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster and iron; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many holiday cottages, and have quite often got frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will think we have thought of everything; if in doubt, please ask to see the full list, and no, of course we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
A lounge area with two comfy sofas, centred around the stone fire-place, with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player, and bookshelves with books and DVDs.
Door to to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a family bathroom with washing machine, shower, bath, w.c, and handbasin.
On the 2nd floor, you will find the master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom with bath, handbasin and w.c.
For our younger guests, there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A cot (with bedding), high chair and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating through the colder months.

Stroll around the beautiful gardens, sit and relax under one of the many mature trees whilst listening to the birdsong, watch the wildlife whilst overlooking one of the wildflower meadow areas. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool or just lounge and relax poolside with a glass of something and a good book. Perhaps a game of something in the undercover barn or on the lawn is more your style, pool, snooker, darts, table tennis or badminton to name a few or even practice your golf swing on the lawn. Poppy Cottage, with shared pool, sleeps 5 This is a wonderfully renovated cottage in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room and a fully equipped gym.
This is a semi-detached barn conversion, tastefully decorated. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge diner with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) , a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; shower room with toilet and wash basin and on the first floor there is one double and one triple (single beds) bedroom. Outside Poppy has its new decked patio area with brand new stone BBQ and beautiful private flowered garden.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. The gardens are magnificent; extensive lawned areas, plus beautifully planted flower beds. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

Lily Cottage, with shared pool, sleeps 6. This is a renovated stone cottage in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room, and friendly gentle ponies to make friends with.
On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) kitchen and dining area, and one twin bedroom and upstairs there are two double bedrooms.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. The gardens are magnificent; extensive lawned areas, plus beautifully planted flower beds. The large (10 x 5 m) heated pool, is fully enclosed and has ample sun loungers, which is open end May to September. It has garden furniture, BBQ, and private patio outside.
There is also a play area with a football goal, sandpit, swings, badminton net, volleyball and you won't want to either leave the place for a day and you'll break your heart when it's time to leave.... Bed linen included and cot and highchair available on request.

This timeless cottage has 4 bedrooms,5 bathroom facilities and a spacious open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.

In the large shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use . Pools open from 4 April to 25 September.
