Immediately to the back of the house is a decked area for dining al fresco, overlooking a sunny lawn and enormous fig tree. This part of the garden is fully enclosed and suitable for small children. Through the little gate is the heather garden and orchard, with wilder parts beyond. Here you can enjoy aperitifs under the shade of the apple trees.
Indoors a large French-style dining room opens on to the well-equipped and practical kitchen, with a modern fan oven and induction hob. On the other side of the cool hall is a pretty blue and yellow sitting room and there is a ground floor bedroom at the rear, which can sleep three in two bunk beds and a single bed. There is a shower room downstairs, and another one upstairs, located between the two large double bedrooms. These each have a double bed, and look out over the square and the lovely old church.

[post_content] => St Leon is the combination of La Fermiere (ref 1762) and Le Pressoir (ref 1724) and is set at the end of a country lane in its own grounds.
The well equipped kitchens both includes an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and handheld blender.
As well as the 2 kitchens there is a large living room with a dining area, a living room with exposed beams and a log burning stove, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
One bedroom is downstairs while on the first floor there is one double bedroom, one dorm room with four single bedrooms and two other bedrooms. On the second floor there is one double bedroom and two further bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles. All bedrooms have en-suites apart from the dorm room, which has a bathroom right next door.
The heated pool is fenced and alarmed and has a retractable cover.

The modern kitchen includes a NEFF built in oven and gas hob, BOSCH integrated dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker along with large solid oak dining table and 6 matching chairs. The master bedroom has matching pine furniture including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cheval mirror and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Both bedroom 2 and 3 has 2 single pine beds and wardrobes. The cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of lawn garden with a large patio area near the cottage with table and chairs, BBQ and sun parasol. The heated swimming pool is approx 8m by 4m with a patio area facing south and has sun loungers and parasol for our guests use. The swimming pool is available from mid May to MID September. The swimming pool is fenced off from the house and also has an alarm system which complies to French regulations. The pool is heated by an air source heat pump. All bed linen, cleaning materials and baby equipment are included in the price of the rental

This delightful cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms,2 bathroom facilities and an open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.

In the large shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use . Pools open from 4 APRIL to 25 September.
In the shared landscaped garden are: childrens climbing frame, basketball net, swings and slides, outdoor table tennis, football net, badminton/volleyball net, “Bleuet†Playhouse (Cornflower) for young children in its walled garden, boules, bats, balls and other outdoor games, terrace to relax, bbq, breakfast or have an evening drink.

Two large leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and blue ray player. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over looking the lake and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds and matching pine furniture. The third bedroom has a single bed and room for a cot. A second family fully tiled bathroom with bath, wc and handbasin. To the rear of the cottage is a terrace with BBQ, wooden patio set which has fantastic views over the lake. to the front of the property is the new 8m by 4m heated swimming pool which is fenced according to French regulations. Immediately to the back of the house is a decked area for dining al fresco, overlooking a sunny lawn and enormous fig tree. This part of the garden is fully enclosed and suitable for small children. Through the little gate is the heather garden and orchard, with wilder parts beyond. Here you can enjoy aperitifs under the shade of the apple trees.
Indoors a large French-style dining room opens on to the well-equipped and practical kitchen, with a modern fan oven and induction hob. On the other side of the cool hall is a pretty blue and yellow sitting room and there is a ground floor bedroom at the rear, which can sleep three in two bunk beds and a single bed. There is a shower room downstairs, and another one upstairs, located between the two large double bedrooms. These each have a double bed, and look out over the square and the lovely old church.
