[post_content] => The old stables is a newly renovated 4 bedroom cottage set in a tranquil setting over looking the lake. Ideal holiday cottage for familes and can be rented with the other two cottages for a group holiday. The Cottage has very large French doors over looking the swimming pool and also to the rear which over looks the lake. From entering the hallway, you have a downstairs cloakroom with the washing machine. From the hallway you enter the large spacious kitchen which has modern units and all the appliances and equipment you require for a self catering holiday. The large dining table and 8 chairs leads onto the very spacious lounge with 2 large sofas, English freeview TV, BLUE RAY player and 39" flat screen tv. Another peaceful seating area over looks the swimming pool and there is also a table football to keep children of all ages amused. Upstairs there is 2 master bedroom with king size beds. The first mast bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with free standing bath and shower cabinet. The second master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Two further twin bedrooms then share a further family bathroom with bath. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a large terrace with wooden table and chairs and BBQ. The in ground heated swimming pool is approx.8m by 4m and is securely fenced as per French regulations. Plenty of sun beds, chairs and sun umbrellas are situated around the swimming pool. All bed linen is provided and cleaning materials. We can also offer all our guests a 20% discount code for Brittany Ferries.

This delightful cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms,2 bathroom facilities and an open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.

In the large shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use . Pools open from 4 APRIL to 25 September.
In the shared landscaped garden are: childrens climbing frame, basketball net, swings and slides, outdoor table tennis, football net, badminton/volleyball net, “Bleuet†Playhouse (Cornflower) for young children in its walled garden, boules, bats, balls and other outdoor games, terrace to relax, bbq, breakfast or have an evening drink.

[post_content] => Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation.
Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Maison Marie is the smaller of these two cottages and sleeps 5 + cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen /lounge area. The lounge has a sofa and armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric/gas hob with gas oven fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Ground floor shower room and toilet. Large French doors open onto a patio area with tables and chairs, parasols and BBQ.
Upstairs is a bathroom, double bedroom and family bedroom with a double bed and single bed.
Outside there is a large lawned area outside of both Madeleine and Marie which has been very popular with holidaymakers with young children as there are lots of toys, swing slide etc. Here and it enables parents to keep an eye on their children from inside the cottage or relax with a drink outside with their children in full view whilst they are playing. Across the lawned area is the boules court and large playing field for cricket, football & rounders etc.

[post_content] => Situated across the gravelled courtyard from our other property, Lustruyen Cottage, is the farmhouse that sleeps 10 + cot. The door opens into an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large farmhouse table and chairs, comfortable sofas and armchairs, books, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player & Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with plenty of quality glasses, crockery, cutlery, non stick pans as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender etc. There is a gas hob/oven, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
On the ground floor there is also a family bedroom with a double and single bed and en-suite shower/toilet.
Upstairs is fully carpeted with a double bedroom, a family room with a double and single bed, a twin bedroom and bathroom. To the front of the farmhouse hidden from view is a small secluded private garden with a rotary washing line.
Outside - Here on site you can enjoy swimming in our 10x5 metre (32' X 16') heated, fenced, swimming pool with shallow end and roman steps. You will find the pool is sheltered and well positioned to remain in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. The pool is normally open from the end of May to the end of September.
Also in the grounds are a boules court, table tennis, trampoline with safety net, swingball, children's swing and slide, basketball net, badminton and children's playhouse. We also have a grassed area that we keep cut for ball games (football, cricket and rounders) so that children can play safely within sight but without disturbing the adults.
There is plenty of room with in the grounds to park cars safely. The farmhouse and cottage are detached from each other across a gravelled courtyard. There is a communal room that the two properties have a key to housing the washing machine, freezer, ironing boards, clothes airers, irons, hoovers, video library and space for storage of bikes, roof racks etc.

The modern kitchen includes a NEFF built in oven and gas hob, BOSCH integrated dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker along with large solid oak dining table and 6 matching chairs. The master bedroom has matching pine furniture including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cheval mirror and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Both bedroom 2 and 3 has 2 single pine beds and wardrobes. The cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of lawn garden with a large patio area near the cottage with table and chairs, BBQ and sun parasol. The heated swimming pool is approx 8m by 4m with a patio area facing south and has sun loungers and parasol for our guests use. The swimming pool is available from mid May to MID September. The swimming pool is fenced off from the house and also has an alarm system which complies to French regulations. The pool is heated by an air source heat pump. This is a spacious cottage offering a high level of comfort and convenience to make a self catering holiday enjoyable any time of the year. It is set in 6 acres of private and peaceful grounds of mainly wooded lawns bordered by mature oak and sweet chestnut trees. There is ample space to accommodate all tastes from peaceful reading and sunbathing to boisterous ball games. There are swings and slide for the younger children, badminton and volley ball court and the games room.
The 12 x 6 m pool is heated from the end of May and is set in a landscaped garden enjoying sunshine all day.
Garden furniture and barbeque are provided too
Chained Heart Cottage can also be rented with Bishops Well and The Coach House to accommodate 22 people. perfect for family reunions and large groups enjoying a holiday together.
A log fire and central heating makes this an ideal location for Spring and Autumn breaks.

[post_content] => This is our Largest Gite it is a 3 bedroom Gite with 1 double bedroom (king size bed), 1 triple bedroom (double & single bed) and 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds) also the single bed within the double room can be put into the triple room so it has 4 single beds
Floor area 110m2 - In addition all rooms within the Gite have electric heating
The Gite sleeps 7 / 8 and will also accommodate a baby in a travel cot.
For occupancy in excess of 7 our standard additional persons fee is payable
