[post_content] => Restored in the early 20th Century, this was the original farmhouse, and as was tradition, the principal ground floor room is a large kitchen and dining room, with a separate small lounge. Many original features have been retained such as the stone fireplace and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons that we have provided such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine,electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many cottages, and quite often get frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will find that we have thought of everything... If in doubt, ask to see the full list, and no, we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 people.
The separate lounge has two comfy sofas, satellite TV, and DVD player, and book shelves with books and DVDs.
Large ground floor family bathroom, with bath and shower over, handbasin and w.c.
Corridor to boiler room, and door to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, and one twin bedded room, and a games room containing a multi-games table, and board games.
For our younger guests.....there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A high chair, cot (with bedding), and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating during the colder months.

There are three self catering holiday cottages in the grounds of The Manoir de Bodion: Bishops Well Cottage, Chained Heart Cottageand The Coach House.
The12 x 6m heated pool lies to the rear of the cottages and is surrounded by oak, cherry and sweet chestnut trees and extensive areas of open, sunny lawn.

[post_content] => St Leon is the combination of La Fermiere (ref 1762) and Le Pressoir (ref 1724) and is set at the end of a country lane in its own grounds.
The well equipped kitchens both includes an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and handheld blender.
As well as the 2 kitchens there is a large living room with a dining area, a living room with exposed beams and a log burning stove, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
One bedroom is downstairs while on the first floor there is one double bedroom, one dorm room with four single bedrooms and two other bedrooms. On the second floor there is one double bedroom and two further bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles. All bedrooms have en-suites apart from the dorm room, which has a bathroom right next door.
The heated pool is fenced and alarmed and has a retractable cover.

On the ground floor is a large open plan beamed lounge with exposed stone fireplace, a large dining area and fitted kitchen. Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker.
A feature open tread staircase leads to the first floor where there is a superb master bedroom with French windows with extensive views over the lake.
2 twin bedrooms. a bathroom bath/shower. All bedrooms are carpeted. This cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating. Private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. Outside: the cottage has its own private garden with BBQs and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which entitles fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.

Poppy Cottage, with shared pool, sleeps 5 This is a wonderfully renovated cottage in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room and a fully equipped gym.
This is a semi-detached barn conversion, tastefully decorated. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge diner with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) , a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; shower room with toilet and wash basin and on the first floor there is one double and one triple (single beds) bedroom. Outside Poppy has its new decked patio area with brand new stone BBQ and beautiful private flowered garden.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. [post_content] => This is the smallest of the gites at La Lohuas, with a downstairs bathroom and two adjoining upstairs rooms, the stairs arrive in the double room and there is a twin room leading off. Both rooms have ample place for a cot. The ceilings upstairs are sloping with exposed beams and may be difficult for very tall people. The kitchen and living/dining area are adjoined making it a cosy, sociable space downstairs - several little windows at the back of the cottage look out across the play area and animal enclosure.

Set in rural farmland of over four acres, La Lohuas has a several discreet outside areas within it's boundaries. Each with it's own attraction and character.
The most popular with children is the fenced and secure play area, which has been designed to ensure that children can “let their hair down†without disturbing the other guests. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

[post_content] => Restored in the early 20th Century, this was the original farmhouse, and as was tradition, the principal ground floor room is a large kitchen and dining room, with a separate small lounge. Many original features have been retained such as the stone fireplace and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons that we have provided such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine,electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many cottages, and quite often get frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will find that we have thought of everything... If in doubt, ask to see the full list, and no, we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 people.
The separate lounge has two comfy sofas, satellite TV, and DVD player, and book shelves with books and DVDs.
Large ground floor family bathroom, with bath and shower over, handbasin and w.c.
Corridor to boiler room, and door to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, and one twin bedded room, and a games room containing a multi-games table, and board games.
For our younger guests.....there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A high chair, cot (with bedding), and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating during the colder months.

The Coach House, a fabulous conversion,sleeps 8+ in an unusual and exciting configuration. The main entrance has been glazed to light up the downstairs lounge, a cool, stone-flagged area, open to the roof beams and looking out onto an enclosed lawn, ideal for toddlers.
