In addition to the salon area, there is room to have a bed downstairs should it be needed for a disabled person. Upstairs offers 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin-bedded room and a bathroom. On its wide landing there is a sofa bed which is ideal for an adult or 2 children.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a full gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker. Heating by wood burning stoves and electric wall heaters.
From the lounge is a feature open tread staircase leading to a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and family shower room. All bedrooms are carpeted.
Private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. The cottage is self catering and is equipped to a very high standard. Outside: the cottage has its own private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which allows fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.

Charles cottage sleeps 5 Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking. Each cottage has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. All kitchens have microwaves, kettles, toasters and full cooking facilities. [post_content] => This is a traditional 'Longere' situated on a south facing hillside overlooking the river Vilaine in a quiet location about ½ km uphill from the busy little River Port of Foleux. WiFi signal available.
Bryn Dewi - Sleeps 4 has an enclosed back garden which is suitable for well-behaved dogs and children.
In the lounge there is a traditional open fireplace and largely traditional furniture. It also has full central heating for the cooler months. The modern fitted kitchen has gas hotplate and electric oven, a fridge, microwave etc.
There are stairs leading from the living room up to a mezzanine with access to the upstairs bedrooms with a doorway out into the garden. It has one downstairs ensuite bedroom with twin beds which can be made into double. One upstairs double bedroom and a small single bedroom. It has two toilets and shower rooms. There is also a washing machine.
Pets are welcome but dogs are expected to help with the gardening and keep an eye on the cows! £25 supplement charged per week. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.
