[post_content] => This cottage has been equipped to provide the possibility of accommodation for families with the need for disabled or reduced mobility facilities. The front door opens off the front terrace into an impressive living area with 12 foot high exposed oak beam ceilings, the kitchen dining area is through a doorway off the living room. There is a downstairs double bedroom with wide doors and a wetroom type bathroom.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, a double with ensuite shower room and a twin room with ensuite bathroom. The views from the front of the property look over towards the gardens, play area and swimming pool enclosure.

Set in rural farmland of over four acres, La Lohuas has a several discreet outside areas within it's boundaries. Each with it's own attraction and character.
The most popular with children is the fenced and secure play area, which has been designed to ensure that children can “let their hair down†without disturbing the other guests. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

[post_content] => This is the smallest of the gites at La Lohuas, with a downstairs bathroom and two adjoining upstairs rooms, the stairs arrive in the double room and there is a twin room leading off. Both rooms have ample place for a cot. The ceilings upstairs are sloping with exposed beams and may be difficult for very tall people. The kitchen and living/dining area are adjoined making it a cosy, sociable space downstairs - several little windows at the back of the cottage look out across the play area and animal enclosure.

[post_content] => The old stables is a newly renovated 4 bedroom cottage set in a tranquil setting over looking the lake. Ideal holiday cottage for familes and can be rented with the other two cottages for a group holiday. The Cottage has very large French doors over looking the swimming pool and also to the rear which over looks the lake. From entering the hallway, you have a downstairs cloakroom with the washing machine. From the hallway you enter the large spacious kitchen which has modern units and all the appliances and equipment you require for a self catering holiday. The large dining table and 8 chairs leads onto the very spacious lounge with 2 large sofas, English freeview TV, BLUE RAY player and 39" flat screen tv. Another peaceful seating area over looks the swimming pool and there is also a table football to keep children of all ages amused. Upstairs there is 2 master bedroom with king size beds. The first mast bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with free standing bath and shower cabinet. The second master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Two further twin bedrooms then share a further family bathroom with bath. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a large terrace with wooden table and chairs and BBQ. The in ground heated swimming pool is approx.8m by 4m and is securely fenced as per French regulations. Plenty of sun beds, chairs and sun umbrellas are situated around the swimming pool. Perhaps a game of something in the undercover barn or on the lawn is more your style, pool, snooker, darts, table tennis or badminton to name a few or even practice your golf swing on the lawn. Whilst in season pick your own fruit from the orchard, and raspberry's from the soft fruit area. On the ground floor is a large open plan beamed lounge with exposed stone fireplace, a large dining area and fitted kitchen. Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker.
A feature open tread staircase leads to the first floor where there is a superb master bedroom with French windows with extensive views over the lake.
2 twin bedrooms. a bathroom bath/shower. All bedrooms are carpeted. This cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating. Private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. Outside: the cottage has its own private garden with BBQs and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which entitles fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.
