[post_content] => The 18th century granite farmhouse and adjacent cottage are let as one unit and are suitable for larger family groups of 10 to 14 + cots. They are set away from the other two cottages down a private drive in their own pretty formal gardens with lawns, shrubs and plenty of mature trees for shade. The house has been renovated to offer comfortable accommodation but retaining its olde worlde character.
The arched granite doorway opens in to a large airy lounge with dual aspect windows comfortable chairs and sofas, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player. There are a large selection of books, videos, board games, DVDs and Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Leading from the lounge is the fitted kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, gas hob, large fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender etc. There are loads of decent crockery and cutlery and plenty of serving dishes etc. for large groups to be catered for properly. There is also a huge collection of cookery books to help you plan your holiday meals.
From the kitchen is the beamed dining room with two large antique dining tables and chairs. Leading on from this is a utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, shower and toilet, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there is a family bedroom (double and single bed) with ensuite shower and toilet. Two double bedrooms a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
The small “Hansel & Gretel†cottage next door has one large bedroom with a double bed and two singles. Downstairs is the bathroom and kitchen/lounge with sofa and armchairs and table with benches. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas hob and microwave oven.
Maison Madeleine - Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation. Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Madeleine is the larger of these two properties and sleeps 10 plus cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen/lounge area. The lounge has 2 sofas plus armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free wireless broadband access WIFI

The Manor House sleeps 8 + nursery, with indoor heated pool, gym and games room
This beautifully renovated stone manor house is set in a rural landscape but within easy distance of the town of Plouguenast, mid Brittany. It sleeps eight very comfortably in three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a separate well equipped nursery. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave. washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished with Free Sat UK and French reception and the house is centrally heated and has a wood log burner for those cooler off peak evenings. Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels. The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

Two large leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and blue ray player. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over looking the lake and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds and matching pine furniture. The third bedroom has a single bed and room for a cot. A second family fully tiled bathroom with bath, wc and handbasin. To the rear of the cottage is a terrace with BBQ, wooden patio set which has fantastic views over the lake. to the front of the property is the new 8m by 4m heated swimming pool which is fenced according to French regulations. [post_content] => St Leon is the combination of La Fermiere (ref 1762) and Le Pressoir (ref 1724) and is set at the end of a country lane in its own grounds.
The well equipped kitchens both includes an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and handheld blender.
As well as the 2 kitchens there is a large living room with a dining area, a living room with exposed beams and a log burning stove, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
One bedroom is downstairs while on the first floor there is one double bedroom, one dorm room with four single bedrooms and two other bedrooms. On the second floor there is one double bedroom and two further bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles. All bedrooms have en-suites apart from the dorm room, which has a bathroom right next door.
The heated pool is fenced and alarmed and has a retractable cover.

[post_content] => Situated in the west wing of our 16th century longere, the gite has been tastefully furnished and
equipped for four people, although six can be accommodated as furnishings include a double sofa bed..
Access to the Gite is through french windows from the rear garden, these leading into a very large open plan sitting room ,dining area and spacious kitchen area on a raised level. Stairs lead up to the
mezzanine, with the large beamed double bedroom off of this. A second short flight of stairs lead to a
landing with doors leading to the twin bedroom, bathroom and toilet. All rooms are beamed with
character.
Outside there is parking for two cars, a large seating area with table, four chairs and a barbecue, access to the meadow, a great place for children to play and dogs to have a run. A path alongside the garden
leads to the small swimming pool with comfortable furniture provided on the decking. A lovely spot to
relax in the sunshine with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored safely under cover in our large storeroom.
Games, books and drawing facilities are provided for children as are a number of DVDs and books for
adults. We also have a large folder full of information about many places to visit.
A choice of arrival day meals are offered at a cost of 10 euros.

On the top floor is a bedroom with beautiful original oak beams and a king size bed. On the first floor is the second bedroom which has a small double bed (4ft / 120cm ) and a single bed and the bathroom. Downstairs has an open plan living area & fully fitted kitchen allowing the cook to be part of the party.
All the cottages have English TV, DVD and CD players. Each cottage has its own outside eating area with wooden garden furniture and parasol and catch the sun all day.

This leads up to the facinating old town and down to the beautiful river port. On the gound floor is a comfortable sittingroom with high ceilings, a dining area and the modern kitchen leads out into a private courtyard perfect for taking meals out doors or for relaxing with that extra glass of wine. From the ground floor leading to the first floor is a spiral staircase. Here, the spacious and romantic master bedroom has a four-poster king-sized bed. The charming single room has a comfortable adult-sized bed and overlooks a peaceful lawn. The bathroom has a long bath with shower over. There is a separate toilet. The apartment, available all year round, is cool in summer and is warmed in winter by central heating. The private courtyard is a perfect sun trap in the morning and cool and shady in the afternoon. [post_content] => The 18th century granite farmhouse and adjacent cottage are let as one unit and are suitable for larger family groups of 10 to 14 + cots. They are set away from the other two cottages down a private drive in their own pretty formal gardens with lawns, shrubs and plenty of mature trees for shade. The house has been renovated to offer comfortable accommodation but retaining its olde worlde character.
The arched granite doorway opens in to a large airy lounge with dual aspect windows comfortable chairs and sofas, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player. There are a large selection of books, videos, board games, DVDs and Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Leading from the lounge is the fitted kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, gas hob, large fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender etc. There are loads of decent crockery and cutlery and plenty of serving dishes etc. for large groups to be catered for properly. There is also a huge collection of cookery books to help you plan your holiday meals.
From the kitchen is the beamed dining room with two large antique dining tables and chairs. Leading on from this is a utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, shower and toilet, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there is a family bedroom (double and single bed) with ensuite shower and toilet. Two double bedrooms a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
The small “Hansel & Gretel†cottage next door has one large bedroom with a double bed and two singles. Downstairs is the bathroom and kitchen/lounge with sofa and armchairs and table with benches. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas hob and microwave oven.
Maison Madeleine - Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation. Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Madeleine is the larger of these two properties and sleeps 10 plus cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen/lounge area. The lounge has 2 sofas plus armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
