Sleeps 6 Set in large lawned gardens Rosemary Cottage is one of four newly renovated cottages in this "Long House" seen in the middle right of the photo. Situated three miles from Pluméliau, a large town with all shops, bars and restaurants, and two miles from Moustoir Remungol in the other direction.
Ideal for family groups with the addition of a children's playroom aimed at age groups up to pre-school and also a new sturdy play area for them too including swings, slides, climbing frame etc, so should keep them all amused whatever the weather. For the convenience of all young families, the owners now have available: Umbrella push chair, Booster seat, Bed guards, changing mat, baby monitor, potty, toilet seat and bathroom step, hand blender, plastic cutlery, beakers and plates, sterilising unit, First aid kit, Nappy and pre-prepared baby food ordering service, plus full cream milk, bottled water, etc as required in gite on arrival
The kitchen/dining is open plan with a large dining table and chairs and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences including dishwasher and the separate lounge has a wood burning fire, comfy settee and two armchairs also Satellite TV & DVD player. WiFi available via your own laptop.. There are two shower rooms one downstairs with toilet and wash basin and the other upstairs, with spacious baby changing and bathing area.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with comfortable beds. One of the doubles is up a separate set of stairs. These rooms are light and tastefully decorated.
Outside there are large grounds to the front, with a private terrace and BBQ. In the communal gardens there is a competition boule court, badminton court and football goal, swimming pool and short tennis court. For your relaxation, some books and board games are provided.

On the top floor is a bedroom with beautiful original oak beams and a king size bed. On the first floor is the second bedroom which has a small double bed (4ft / 120cm ) and a single bed and the bathroom. Downstairs has an open plan living area & fully fitted kitchen allowing the cook to be part of the party.
All the cottages have English TV, DVD and CD players. Each cottage has its own outside eating area with wooden garden furniture and parasol and catch the sun all day.

Outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool. There is a large sunbathing terrace and the pool is open and heated from mid-May until the end of September. It is securely fenced. The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.

[post_content] => Lustruyen Cottage - Pretty detached slate and granite cottage that sleeps 4/6. The open plan ground floor has a lounge/kitchen/dining area and bathroom. There is an antique dining table and chairs seating six.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave oven. There are plenty of china, cutlery and glasses and all the normal appliances i.e. kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender etc.
The comfortable lounge area has two leather chesterfield settees, books, flatscreened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player and French doors lead to a private patio area which overlooks a small apple orchard and grassed area with a rotary washing line. The upstairs is fully carpeted with one double bedroom and a family room with a double bed and sofa bed.
Situated across the gravelled courtyard from our other property, Lustruyen Cottage, is the farmhouse that sleeps 10 + cot. The door opens into an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large farmhouse table and chairs, comfortable sofas and armchairs, books, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player & Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with plenty of quality glasses, crockery, cutlery, non stick pans as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender etc. There is a gas hob/oven, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
On the ground floor there is also a family bedroom with a double and single bed and en-suite shower/toilet.
Upstairs is fully carpeted with a double bedroom, a family room with a double and single bed, a twin bedroom and bathroom. To the front of the farmhouse hidden from view is a small secluded private garden with a rotary washing line.
Outside - Here on site you can enjoy swimming in our 10x5 metre (32' X 16') heated, fenced, swimming pool with shallow end and roman steps. You will find the pool is sheltered and well positioned to remain in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. The pool is normally open from the end of May to the end of September.
Also in the grounds are a boules court, table tennis, trampoline with safety net, swingball, children's swing and slide, basketball net, badminton and children's playhouse. We also have a grassed area that we keep cut for ball games (football, cricket and rounders) so that children can play safely within sight but without disturbing the adults.
There is plenty of room with in the grounds to park cars safely. The farmhouse and cottage are detached from each other across a gravelled courtyard. There is a communal room that the two properties have a key to housing the washing machine, freezer, ironing boards, clothes airers, irons, hoovers, video library and space for storage of bikes, roof racks etc.

Stroll around the beautiful gardens, sit and relax under one of the many mature trees whilst listening to the birdsong, watch the wildlife whilst overlooking one of the wildflower meadow areas. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool or just lounge and relax poolside with a glass of something and a good book. Perhaps a game of something in the undercover barn or on the lawn is more your style, pool, snooker, darts, table tennis or badminton to name a few or even practice your golf swing on the lawn. Whilst in season pick your own fruit from the orchard, and raspberry's from the soft fruit area. Let the children have some freedom to run around and let off steam in the safe and secure children's play areas.

[post_content] => One of two fabulous cottages which no expense has been spared in the finishing and furnishings provided by the owners. They both sleep 4-6 with two bedrooms in each and bed settees on mezzanines. There is an access ramp to easily facilitate those with mobility problems. Due to inability to put on stair gates, these cottages are only suitable for children older than four years old.
L'Arche has two double bedrooms, the first one on the ground floor has an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and sink. The second one is on the first floor is above the kitchen on an open and light mezzanine, with cathedral ceiling. The lounge has TV and DVD and satellite stations available and a bed settee which will sleep a further two people. In addition, L'Arche now has a private sun terrace.
The kitchen has built in electric multi-function oven with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
The pool is heated, and is approximately 10 x 4.5 metres and has a system to allow you to "swim against the tide" for extra exercise and it decked all around. It has roman steps at one end. There is an underwater multicoloured light system which is quite magnificent for those late evening swims The Jacuzzi is for eight and has surround sound radio and CD system and also has the multicoloured lighting system and a fountain.

The ground floor is tiled throughout and comprises a lounge/dining room comfortably furnished with settee and armchairs, with the original bread oven an interesting feature,a well equipped kitchen and bathroom.The ceiling to floor windows in the lounge provide a beautiful view of the woodland and countryside beyond.

[post_content] => Situated in the west wing of our 16th century longere, the gite has been tastefully furnished and
equipped for four people, although six can be accommodated as furnishings include a double sofa bed..
Access to the Gite is through french windows from the rear garden, these leading into a very large open plan sitting room ,dining area and spacious kitchen area on a raised level. Stairs lead up to the
mezzanine, with the large beamed double bedroom off of this. A second short flight of stairs lead to a
landing with doors leading to the twin bedroom, bathroom and toilet. All rooms are beamed with
character.
Outside there is parking for two cars, a large seating area with table, four chairs and a barbecue, access to the meadow, a great place for children to play and dogs to have a run. A path alongside the garden
leads to the small swimming pool with comfortable furniture provided on the decking. A lovely spot to
relax in the sunshine with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored safely under cover in our large storeroom.
Games, books and drawing facilities are provided for children as are a number of DVDs and books for
adults. We also have a large folder full of information about many places to visit.
A choice of arrival day meals are offered at a cost of 10 euros.
