It has been renovated in a contemporary manner providing all modern home comforts whilst retaining many original features. It is perfectly located to relax and explore the famous and not so famous sights of the Loire Valley, France. Situated in amongst rural farmland on the edge of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine National Park it is a perfect place to sit, relax and unwind whilst sampling a glass of wine from one of the many Loire vineyards.
La Croix has a large lounge / dining room with a feature fireplace and log burner. We have equipped the lounge with a TV (UK freeview channels), DVD and a PS2 games console. There are a selection of DVDs and games for you to enjoy.
La Croix has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six people . There is a double and twin room upstairs and a king size bedroom on the ground floor. Both the double and king size rooms have ample space for a cot.
The kitchen is equipped with all the modern facilities you would expect including a washing machine, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
There are also two shower rooms, one upstairs and one on the ground floor. The ground floor shower room has a walk in shower/wet room.
Outside we have created a lovely area which enables guests to sit out in the sun looking over the fields - it really is a relaxing view with nothing to blot out the horizon! We have provided garden furniture for six people including an umbrella for those hot days. There are also a couple of sun loungers for those who want to do nothing but read a book and sunbathe!
