[post_content] => La Maison Fleurie is a 2 bedroom self-catering gîte close to Mayenne in the Pays-de-la-Loire, which can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Owners, Helen and Gary, who live next door, have many years' experience in the hospitality trade and believe that your visit should be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To this end, you can tailor your stay to suit your own requirements. You can choose full or part board or self catering. If you choose self catering, we are still happy to cook for you, just give us a little notice. We can also provide Continental or full English breakfast, cream teas and packed lunches. Bicycles are also available for hire.
Activities in the area include, cycling, walking, swimming and fishing and there are leisure parks, natural lake beaches and a vélorail close by. Gorron and Ambrières les Vallées have some useful shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In Gorron, there is a cinema which shows an English film once a month and there is a weekly market on Wednesdays. We are located only 20 minutes from the attractive regional town of Mayenne on the river Mayenne, where you can walk around the ancient chateau, its gardens and museum.
We are also less than 1.5 hours from Rennes, with Caen, St Malo and Mont St Michel being only around 2 hours away, so nice and close to the ferries and giving you plenty of choice for excursions. We have many chateaux in our area and are also close to the borders of Lower Normandy and Orne with many pretty towns and places to visit.

SOLEIL has three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a downstairs cloakroom.
We have endeavoured to retain the charm and character of this old wine making barn, for your self catering holiday in the Loire Valley France. The original beams throughout lend to the history and charm of Soleil. The huge lounge & dining room are comfortably furnished to a high standard, in addition having T.V. video, dvd, Ipod docking station and hifi equipment. There are also books and games for all ages. Making your self catering cottage/home in the Loire Valley France as comfortable as possible. Soleil sleeps 6 adults and two children up to the age of 12 years plus cot. WiFi internet access available. A no smoking and no pets policy applies. We achieve a child friendly and baby friendly environment
The semi-circular kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including a double oven and 8 burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, etc. We have also retained the original wine press and stone flagged floor .where the footprints of former wine makers, of these superb Loire Valley wines, can still be seen.
The bedrooms are very comfortable, the family room having a double bed, bunk beds (suitable for children up to 12 years old) and a cot. All of the bedrooms have double beds with sprung mattresses. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite there is also a third bathroom.
French doors lead from the foyer (where there is a downstairs cloakroom) to your own private patio area complete with garden furniture and barbeque.
Cot, highchair, pushchair and other baby and toddler equipment are available to make travelling to your Loire Valley accommodation easier,

[post_content] => Our Gite 'Le Carabi' is situated in the courtyard of our B&B/Chambres D'Hotes, La Jolie Maison, in the charming rural village of Le Langon, Vendee, Pay De La Loire perfect for your holiday in France.
There is a large comfy open lounge with TV (including English Satelite)& DVD player. A very well equiped Kitchen, with large Fridge/Freezer, washing machine, Microwave, Oven & Coffee maker.
We have created our gite for people with Mobility Problems, hence we have a very spacious downstairs bedroom a wonderful wheel-in wetroom, with easy access sink. All our door widths have wheelchair access and light switches are at regulation heights.
Great News! As we now have an Electric Bed with special mattress & cot sides. We also have recently bought a wheeled padded shower chair with arms.
Upstairs, there is a light and airy Mezzanine Bedroom with Double Bed.
Outside, there is a private & secure parking area & we have also created a private garden & terrace, especially for the Gite in our own large Garden, for your exclusive use, for those family BBQ's or just a quiet romantic time, enjoying a bottle of wine (or two!!)
We also have a large above-ground swimming pool, which is available to all our guests,(access for disabled with hoist) & use of the sun-beds.
