[post_content] => Maison Grenache sleeps 4 in two en-suite rooms and is part of Domaine de La Flotte.
Maison Grenache has a large living-room with arched terrace doors on the side and in front. The entrance is on the side as well - you come in into a hallway, where there is a toilet, the room for the washing machine and the wardrobe. The tiled stairs lead to the first floor: bordered on a large corridor, you will find two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with 2 beds of 1.20 x 2.00), with a bathroom each. One with just a shower, the other with bathtub (triangle) and shower.
There is a barbecue area and a terrace.
Domaine de La Flotte, an estate situated on the 'Col de La Flotte' where you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees, is an oasis of quiet, wooded hills and meadows. You can make magnificent walks here and enjoy the unspoilt nature or explore the surroundings on a mountain-bike. You can hire one of the horses and go for a ride in the hillside, with guide Manuel.
You can make use of the (shared) swimming pool (round, 6 m) or go to one of the nearby lakes: Lac Montbel or Lac de Puivert, where you can swim, surf, sail or hire a pedalo.

Lagrasse is classed as one of France's most beautiful villages & lies in the foothills of the Corbières between Carcassonne and Narbonne and only 40 minute from the beaches of the Mediteranean.
The village has 6 restaurants, pizzeria, a bakery 2 café/bars, artisanal shops, 2 epiceries, tabac, post office, cash dispenser, doctors & chemist.
The river Orbieu provides excellent swimming in the summer months.
Lagrasse's Abbey founded in the 8th century, is shared between the commune and the Chanoines monks both of whom welcome visitors.
The village is very animated in the summer months with various music festivals, piano concerts,theatre, circus ,pottery & book fairs also a fine firework displat on the 14th July followed by animayions and on the 14th an even bigger display in nearby Carcassonne.

[post_content] => Situated at the sunny south west edge of a quaint village with a special atmosphere is this recently renovated, spacious and bright holiday home. From your terrace, sitting under the lovely old linden tree, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the vineyards and the hills down there. It is very quiet here and due to its position, the terrace can be used even on sunny days in early spring or late autumn.
There is a cosy bar in the village, open on Thursdays and Fridays. Shops are at a distance of a 10 minutes car drive.
Street level: Large living (with wood stove, TV, internet access), open kitchen plan (fully equipped with fridge, micro wave, toaster, electric cooker etc.), view of vineyards.
First floor: large double bedroom, bathroom (with shower and sauna), separate toilet.
Garden level: second (summer) kitchen with dining corner, washing machine and freezer. It stays pretty cool in here in summer. Access to terrace and wooden stairs lead to the garden below (shared with house next door, that means there is no fence in the middle).

It benefits from a lovely big terrace overlooking the beautiful grounds & peaceful valley, with views over to the large swimming pool and also has private garden with BBQ.Double doors lead into the open plan living room with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and English TV and dvd.
The large kitchen area has a breakfast bar, electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge. Above this is a mezzanine with sofa and space for further beds.
There is one double bedroom with king size bed, two twin bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC.
Free wifi is available in Ecurie, simply bring your wifi enabled laptop/smartphone. High chairs and cots are available if required.
