All the furniture and appliances are new. It is the perfect location to explore his sunny corner of France. It is close to all the local amenities, wine tasting, walking, cycle routes, Argeles beach, which boasts 7 kilometres of sandy beach, is only a 10 minute drive away.
It has three good size bedrooms, two double and one twin.There is a family bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.
The lounge / diner sits 6 comfortably.It also has a traditional log fire.It has a well equipped modern kitchen.

[post_content] => Our house is in a quiet, traffic free street but in the heart of the old town of Capestang. It has 3 bedrooms (one twin, 2 doubles, one of which is en-suite). It has a lovely outside terrace with summer kitchen. A dining room/lounge with log burner, and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has a ceramic 4 ring hob and built in oven. There is a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a toilet on each of the three floors. There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower on the middle floor and the top floor double room has an en-suite wet room with toilet. Free WiFi. Towels and bedding included.

This is ideal for larger families as it has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
The door from the terrace overlooking the stream leads into the living room with circular kitchen area, electric cooker, dishwasher and 2 fridges. There is a new woodburner, making Moulin Haut ideal for spring or autumn holidays.
The lounge has comfortable seating including double sofas, dining table, chairs and English tv and dvd home cinema system.
Also on this level is a double bedroom & twin bedroom sharing a bathroom and wc.
Downstairs (steep steps!) leads to two further bedrooms, one twin & one double, a shower room & wc.
The cottage has a BBQ, dining table for 8 plus outdoor tables and chairs. high chairs and cots are available on request.
The 2nd double bedroom downstairs does not have an outside window and we recommend its use only in the peak summer season.

On the ground floor a large living room with adjacent kitchen (well equipped), and a spacious bright veranda. From here access to the patio with its beautiful arches, terracotta floors and a splendid wisteria flower explosion in spring. Barbecue at your disposal .
On the first floor is a large corridor with two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bed of 120 cm, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. The third bedroom on this floor has a canopy bed (160) and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor - it has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
The house has central heating.
Guests can choose to order the cleaning at the rate of € 70 or commit themselves to leave the premises in a clean condition, according to a checklist.
Rate is for 4 people - extra persons: 50 Euro/week per person.
