Maison Marsanne has its entrance on the side. You enter into the kitchen (dishwasher, hob, microwave/oven, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, toaster) with dining-place (6 people) and the living-room with large arched doors on the side and in front, leading to the terrace. The villa accommodates six people comfortably in two double and one twin bedrooms; there is a small mezzanine floor which has a futon that provides additional sleeping capacity (not suitable for small children or the elderly). The groundstairs bedroom has level access to the driveway and to the terrace and is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom. There is a large open plan sitting and dining area, with access through two French doors to the large south-facing sun terrace, which overlooks the garden and has magnificent views to the village and beyond.
The house has its own private secluded swimming pool with sunloungers and a large patio. The pool has an electric safety cover. There is a large purpose built barbecue with chimney and plenty of room for al fresco dining on the many large sun terraces.
We have six bikes which you can borrow - we can direct you to different levels of ride depending on your age and experience. Many rides start at the house - there is a huge variety on offer covering both mountain biking and road for every ability level. There is a large selection of books and games, a boules set and a CD and iPod player. There are tennis courts locally and we even have some rackets which you are welcome to borrow. For those so inclined there is satellite TV, DVD player and unlimited WiFi.
The house is looked after by an English family who live locally. They maintain and clean the pool weekly and will deal with any minor problems with the villa that may arise during your stay.
