[post_content] => The gîte St Michel sleeps 4-8 people and consists of:
On the ground floor a large living room with adjacent kitchen (well equipped), and a spacious bright veranda. From here access to the patio with its beautiful arches, terracotta floors and a splendid wisteria flower explosion in spring. Barbecue at your disposal .
On the first floor is a large corridor with two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bed of 120 cm, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. The third bedroom on this floor has a canopy bed (160) and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor - it has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
The house has central heating.
Guests can choose to order the cleaning at the rate of € 70 or commit themselves to leave the premises in a clean condition, according to a checklist.
Rate is for 4 people - extra persons: 50 Euro/week per person.

[post_content] => Our house is in a quiet, traffic free street but in the heart of the old town of Capestang. It has 3 bedrooms (one twin, 2 doubles, one of which is en-suite). It has a lovely outside terrace with summer kitchen. A dining room/lounge with log burner, and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has a ceramic 4 ring hob and built in oven. There is a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a toilet on each of the three floors. There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower on the middle floor and the top floor double room has an en-suite wet room with toilet. Free WiFi. Towels and bedding included.

This is a comfortably furnished apartment above the owners' home with its own separate entrance which includes one big double bedroom, with a kingsize bed.
It has a twin room that will comfortably sleep 2 or 3, lounge with a double sofa and chairs, dining table & chairs, English satellite TV and DVD player.

The petite maison de vacance comfortably accomodates three adults (or family with young children) in the three-level house connected by a pretty circular stairway. The kitchen/dining area is situated in the ground floor complete with a fridge, stovetop (hob), microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor contains the salon/sejour with satellite plasma TV, DVD player and a sofa bed called click-clack in France. The second floor has the bedroom (double bed) and complete bathroom with shower. Another toilet is situated in the ground floor as well as a huge boiler/water heater. Ideal for a couple, but will accommodate a small child as we have a fold-up bed. This metal framed fold-up bed is kept under the double bed and would need to be brought out and probably put away each day as space is limited.
Freshly decorated in June 2012 and some new furniture added. The bathroom was refitted in April 2013 and the kitchen in 2014.
