Maison Marsanne has its entrance on the side. You enter into the kitchen (dishwasher, hob, microwave/oven, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, toaster) with dining-place (6 people) and the living-room with large arched doors on the side and in front, leading to the terrace. There is a small room for the washing machine. In the hall-way there is a toilet and the stairs that lead to the first floor, where you will find the 2 bedrooms (with twin beds) each with their own shower room with toilet and wash-bowl.
There is a barbecue area and a terrace next to the house.
Domaine de La Flotte, an estate situated on the 'Col de La Flotte' where you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees, is an oasis of quiet, wooded hills and meadows. You can make magnificent walks here and enjoy the unspoilt nature or explore the surroundings on a mountain-bike. You can hire one of the horses and go for a ride in the hillside, with guide Manuel.
You can make use of the (shared) swimming pool (round, 6 m) or go to one of the nearby lakes: Lac Montbel or Lac de Puivert, where you can swim, surf, sail or hire a pedalo.

It has five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large L-shaped lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of loungers and chairs, and the west garden is shady in the afternoons if you need to stay cool. Although rural in location, Villa Toto is just a ten minute drive to everyday shopping (and the bar!) and is half an hour from Carcassonne. A twenty minute drive takes you to either Limoux or Mirepoix and the property is located in the fascinating Razé area of the Aude. The views from the garden are spectacular - to the south the Pyrenees, and to the north lie the Black mountains. The Mediterranean beaches are under an hour's drive to the east and the Pyrenees about the same to the south.

[post_content] => Casa Sola is a large villa, spread over a number of floors, with multiple terraces on which you can enjoy the spectacular views of this beautiful area of France.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests and is perfect for families or groups, with three double bedrooms, one single and one twin room.
THE HOUSE
The villa starts on the second level of the property (the owners live in an apartment on the first level of the property). The entrance takes you straight into the large, modern, open plan kitchen and dining area, with a wrap-around balcony. The kitchen includes all mod cons, as well as an American style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Through the archway is a cosy living room, with flatscreen TV and a DVD player. A variety of British TV channels are available to watch.
Leading off the living area is the first of Casa Sola's double bedrooms. This room has its own private balcony as well as en-suite shower room. A separate living area with a sofa bed, books and DVD library is also on this floor. The main bathroom, with a shower and a bath is located on this level. You will find a washing machine in the bathroom too.
Up the stairs are a further four bedrooms - two large doubles, a twin and a single - and another bathroom.
OUTSIDE
The lower terrace is an ideal space for relaxing on a sun bed or chilling in the first of our two pools.
Bathed in sunlight, guests can enjoy spectacular mountain views.
Leading off from the kitchen is the next terrace - and the perfect spot to have lunch or an evening meal. A gas barbecue is available for guests to use.
Up the next set of stairs you will find the second swimming pool, an above-ground pool on a secluded
terrace, which offers magnificent panoramic views.
To the rear of the property, the garden area extends into more than 4,000m2 of privately terraced woodland.
WEATHER
Bathed in sun for most of the year, Casa Sola soaks up the Mediterranean sunshine.
Temperatures can reach the mid-30s in July.

Maison Syrah is the biggest house at Domaine de La Flotte, and is very well suitable for conferences, meetings, workshops, etc. You enter at the back into the hall-way (first floor). Here are the stairs to the ground and second floor. Downstairs is the spacious living-room with dining place (table for at least 8 people) and TV. Fitted kitchen. Two arched doors lead to the terrace with view to the apple and nut trees. Furthermore there is a room for the washing machine and an extra toilet. On the first as well as on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (with twin beds), each with bathroom and shower and/or bathtub.
A maximum of 3 beds can be added (supplement of 50€/person/week)

Moulin Bas is our 3 bedroom cottage converted from a 17th century water mill, sleeping up to 6 people. It has a wonderful BBQ terrace just next to the stream, and is set back from the swimming pool.
