Maison Syrah is the biggest house at Domaine de La Flotte, and is very well suitable for conferences, meetings, workshops, etc. You enter at the back into the hall-way (first floor). Here are the stairs to the ground and second floor. Downstairs is the spacious living-room with dining place (table for at least 8 people) and TV. Fitted kitchen. Two arched doors lead to the terrace with view to the apple and nut trees. Furthermore there is a room for the washing machine and an extra toilet. On the first as well as on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (with twin beds), each with bathroom and shower and/or bathtub.
A maximum of 3 beds can be added (supplement of 50€/person/week)
There is a barbecue area and a terrace in front of the house.
Domaine de La Flotte, an estate situated on the 'Col de La Flotte' where you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees, is an oasis of quiet, wooded hills and meadows. You can make magnificent walks here and enjoy the unspoilt nature or explore the surroundings on a mountain-bike. You can hire one of the horses and go for a ride in the hillside, with guide Manuel.
You can make use of the (shared) swimming pool (round, 6 m) or go to one of the nearby lakes: Lac Montbel or Lac de Puivert, where you can swim, surf, sail or hire a pedalo.

The gite comprises the ground-floor part of a converted winery on a working wine Domaine set in 3 acres on a Cobieres mountainside. It has stunning views, gardens, a small wine-producing vineyard and pine forest. A log burning stove and background heating makes it suitable for off-season lets.
The interior features original stonewalling, open plan dining area, well equipped American-style kitchen, and lounge with patio doors leading to furnished patio area. Tastefully furnished with period and modern furniture it has a romantic double bedroom, and a second bedroom which can accommodate 2 further guests. The gite has its own independent road access which assures guests' privacy.
Guests are welcome to share the superb saline heated pool, [11 x 5.5 metres], it enjoys the sun for the whole day! Benefitting those wishing to take holidays outside the normal spring/summer seasons. It is of constant 1.5 metre depth with Roman steps for ease of access. The pool also offers magnificent views across the surrounding countryside.
A high-walled courtyard contains a separate spring and small stream an original wine press and collecting vessels.
Views from the house and gardens extend across the vineyards and valley to the distant hills, chateaux and mountains.
All of the grounds are available for use. Within the pine forest is a shaded arbor for picnics or meals. Behind the house the unoccupied hillsides and forests cater for the more energetic walkers.
The accommodation is not suitable for children or pets and is non-smoking.

Maison Grenache has a large living-room with arched terrace doors on the side and in front. The entrance is on the side as well - you come in into a hallway, where there is a toilet, the room for the washing machine and the wardrobe. The tiled stairs lead to the first floor: bordered on a large corridor, you will find two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with 2 beds of 1.20 x 2.00), with a bathroom each. One with just a shower, the other with bathtub (triangle) and shower.

[post_content] => The house is situated in a small hamlet about ten minutes drive from the town of Lodeve. The house is on three floors it has been restored keeping many original features including exposed stone walls and wood beams. The house is spacious with high ceilings, tiled floors and wooden staircase. The house is furnished throughout in a traditional rustic style. Entry is via the large living room furnished with two three seater leather sofas, a TV with UK free to view channels and DVD player are available for your use also an IPOD docking station. At the far end of the living room is the fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave and toaster. The dining area has seating for eight, there is a door to the garden and outside dining area. Three steps from the living area lead to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom and family bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Stairs lead to the second floor where you will find a spacious beamed and high ceiling guest room with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a door leads to the garden and a small terrace. The Master bedroom with its high cathedral ceiling has an en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. There is a third room on this floor with a pull out sofa bed for occasional use, this opens onto a sunny private terrace with magnificent views across the valley to the hills beyond.
The extensive mature gardens are terraced, there are many mature trees offering shade if required, all guests are welcome to pick and the figs go particularly well with the Roquefort from the caves at Cirque de Labiel 5 mins away. There is a good range of garden furniture including sun loungers, a swing seat, tables and chairs for dining and a built in barbecue.
The swimming pool has a fully paved surround and measures 10m x 5m with a depth of 1.5m throughout.
Pets are welcome, Due to the stone steps in the garden and the house, the property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
There is excellent walking in the surrounding countryside, particularly the Cirque De Labeil with its well marked walking paths. Lerab Ling, the buddhist centre is easily accesible.

[post_content] => The 'Petit Gite de la Riviere' is a beautiful apartment of 40 m² with a terrace of 20 m², situated on the edge of the village, above the river with a view of the abbey. The center of the village with all amenities (bakery, grocer's shop, tobacco-press, coffee(café), restaurants, pharmacy, ...) is at less than 300 metres of the house.
The gîte can accommodate 2 people.
Everything is on the ground floor, the main entrance, which is in fact a magnificent iron glass door, leads into a corridor, which brings you to the front door of the apartment (staircases lead to the apartments of the owner). Once entered 'Le Petit Gite', you are in the main room, with the kitchen, equipped of one microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator with compartment of freezing, coffe machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary to cook. The dining room with an old cupboard, the wooden table and 4 chairs, the living-room with blue sofa with a glass coffee table and a TV with DVD reader.
A glazed main entrance gives access to the terrace where is a big tiled table with its chairs and 2 deckchairs, to bask under the parasol or in the shade of trees with as background noise the wind and the river.
To the left of the front door is the bedroom, endowed with a big double bed, a big cupboard and an antique mirror, 2 night tables, numerous books and magazines and a ventilation.
The bathroom which separates the 2 rooms consists a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a hairdryer.

Domaine de La Flotte, an estate situated on the 'Col de La Flotte' where you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees, is an oasis of quiet, wooded hills and meadows. You can make magnificent walks here and enjoy the unspoilt nature or explore the surroundings on a mountain-bike. You can hire one of the horses and go for a ride in the hillside, with guide Manuel.
You can make use of the (shared) swimming pool (round, 6 m) or go to one of the nearby lakes: Lac Montbel or Lac de Puivert, where you can swim, surf, sail or hire a pedalo.
