[post_content] => This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom gite has fabulous far reaching views overlooking the Viaur Gorge. L'Oustal du Viaur is a recently renovated farm complex on the edge of a small rural hamlet perched high up above the Viaur Gorge on the Tarn/Aveyron border. Bleuet is our third and final gite on the complex. It offers excellent accommodation for a large family or extended family sharing and works very well for 2 smaller families wanting to share. It is part of a gite complex with a shared pool, but stands separately from the other buildings giving ample space and privacy. The building has two floors. The ground floor has a large children's bedroom , a modern, top of the range shower room, an open plan fully fitted kitchen and large family room. Upstairs there is a choice of 2 double bedrooms and a single room and a luxury family bathroom. The property has it's own large patio area which overlooks the pool and has spectacular un-interrupted views over the Viaur Gorge. The ideal spot for BBQ's or sitting watching the sun set with a glass of wine.

[post_content] => Le Pepie - birdsong - is a charming two-bedroomed stone cottage set within an acre of mature woodland and is situated an hour away from Toulouse and Carcassonne in the south-west of France. The cottage mixes rustic with modern beautifully and is an hour away from the Pyrenees.
The cottage has a great combination of contemporary and rustic. It is quirky but sympathetic to original features.
During the intense heat of summer, the interior is cool and refreshing whilst in winter the wood burner and heating makes for a cosy and warm interior protected from the outside elements.
With the option of professional catering and/or a cookery masterclass, loose yourself in the escapist indulgence of it all. We are fortunate enough to be able to offer guests the services of Karl Lashford. Karl trained and worked with the Roux Brothers at 1, 2 and 3 Michelin Starred restaurants and hotels throughout London. Now settled with his family and living and working at Le Pepie, Karl is on hand to be able to offer guests the complete service of a private chef for any of your special - or indeed run-of-the-mill - occasions. Like most professional chefs, Karl delights in preparing dishes that involve home-grown produce and is creating an organic on-site potager to satisfy this desire for relative subsistence.
Guests might want to learn cookery basics or increase their foodie knowledge. Maybe you want to gain some ideas or you want to create a signature dish. The whole culinary world is notably faddish. What was cool in the 70s might not be great for us on the twenty-teens but it might be coming back into fashion - with a twist - as our collective food journey has moved apace.

[post_content] => This lovely Quercy stone building built in the 1800's has been lovingly converted into a luxurious 2 bedroom gite. Set in 2.5ha of pretty parkland nestling in its own little valley, La Maison du Soleil is close to all amenities but quiet enough to ensure you have a peaceful holiday.
On entering the property through impressive double barn doors you are welcomed into the cosy lounge area, original stone walls and beamed ceilings give added character. The gite is well equipped and furnished in a simple yet pleasing style. Subtle tones of beige and terracotta are accented with creams and greys to give a practical yet comfortable place to relax. UK Freesat TV or French channels, free wifi, CD, DVD player and Ipod doc are all supplied for those that need their technology! Alternatively, throw open all the doors and enjoy the warmth of the summer sun with the peacefulness of birdsong and French countryside. (There is even the option of snuggling up on the large sofa around the lovely wood burner on a cool night with a nice bottle of wine!)
The kitchen and dining area (off the lounge) are equipped for 8. The kitchen has all the modern appliances and kitchen equipment required, we even supply aprons and tea towels! Access from the back door takes you directly on to the private deck with parasol and outside dining table, chairs and sun loungers, together with a BBQ.
Off of each side of the lounge area are the two bedrooms, identical in size and layout with huge open beamed ceilings. Each room has a comfortable supper king bed (or 2x 90x200 singles). There are also sofabeds in each room that can be made up for a small weekly charge. The rooms are decorated with traditional furniture and modern soft furnishings to ensure maximum comfort whilst not compromising on style. Each room also has a large and well appointed private bathroom with separate toilet.
Access to the pool is on the other side of the property. It has ample parasols and sunbeds with stunning views.

It is on the border between the Hautes-Pyrénées and the Gers and is an idyllic peaceful getaway for couples, a place to relax and unwind and get away from everyday stresses.

[post_content] => Our pretty gites just across the lawn from the pool are named after the Musketeers - D'Artagnan, Aramis, Porthos and Athos who all came from this area.
Aramis is a beautiful gite with exposed stonework and wood throughout, it is sunny and overlooks the garden and swimming pool. A wonderful place to sit and relax.
Aramis sleeps 5 with a double bedroom on the ground floor
a triple bedroom on the upper level which overlooks the pool and has a lovely view of Lassenat and the surrounding countryside.
The upper level has a shower room with washbasin, wc, and washing machine.
The ground floor has a lovely living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The downstairs lounge leads out through the french windows onto your private patio.
The gites contain all the essentials for a self-catering holiday including linen, and towels and a complimentary “welcome pack†with some groceries and wine, which we provide to get you off to the easiest of starts.
Each gite has satellite TV/Radio and receives multiple stations including all BBC and ITV channels. A library of English books and board games are also provided in each. Outside the gites have private patios with tables and chairs
They are surrounded by Lassenat's lawns, which includes the heated pool with its shower. The pool area is a natural suntrap perfect for getting that golden tan.
For al fresco dining, the Barbecue area is a matter of yards away, as is the Boules pitch, the scene of many competitive after dinner challenges.

[post_content] => Un petit coin de France is a converted 150-year-old barn, which retains its character with exposed beams, beechwood floors, stone walls, and a wood burner taking centre stage. The gite has 2 double bedrooms which are light and airy, with wooden floors , it's original beams and traditional stone walls .
Each bedroom has its own en-suite facilities. One of the bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling while the other has a balcony
Downstairs, the living/kitchen area is open plan, with two sets of double doors leading onto a private terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped (including washing machine) with everything you need should you become bored with being waited on in the local restaurants.
The solar heated swimming pool has a large terraced sun bathing area with sun loungers and an arbour to provide shade when needed , topped with a magnificent view over open countryside.
As holidays are precious and we understand our clients' need for privacy we have therefore made sure that each of our gites are completely independent of each other.
