La Bastide is arranged as three fully equipped self-catering gites: The Farmhouse, The Grange and The Cottage. Each has access to the large swimming pool protected by a legally approved childproof enclosure. All guests have free access to WiFi.
They can be rented individually or the Farmhouse and Grange linked together as one large holiday house or you can book the whole property - ideal for larger family reunions (max 19pp).

[post_content] => Our pretty gites just across the lawn from the pool are named after the Musketeers - D'Artagnan, Aramis, Porthos and Athos who all came from this area.
Porthos sleeps 2/3 people and has a private patio overlooking the beautiful views.Porthos has a lovely bright sunny double bedroom with en-suite shower room, wc and washbasin,a sitting/dining room, a sofa (which can double up as a bed for a 3rd person), a fully fitted corner kitchen.
A pretty gite ideal for a couple but also can be combined with another (Athos)to provide a larger gite for a family to confortably sleep 4/6 peeople.
The gites contain all the essentials for a self-catering holiday including linen, and towels and a complimentary “welcome pack†with some groceries and wine, which we provide to get you off to the easiest of starts.
Each gite has satellite TV/Radio and receives multiple stations including all BBC and ITV channels. A library of English books and board games are also provided in each. Outside the gites have private patios with tables and chairs
They are surrounded by Lassenat's lawns, which includes the heated pool with its shower. The pool area is a natural suntrap perfect for getting that golden tan.
For al fresco dining, the Barbecue area is a matter of yards away, as is the Boules pitch, the scene of many competitive after dinner challenges.

[post_content] => Tuksumduin is one of two Holiday Barns located in a small hamlet, not far from the delightful villages of St Julien de Lampon, Masclat and Milhac. The barns are light and airy and have been converted to a very high standard to provide an inviting holiday home full of light and sunshine.
Entering into the kitchen and dinning area you'll be delighted by the sunny aspect of the room. This large, fully fitted kitchen, is complete with oak beams, dinning table and a comfortable settee and armchair. From here you can enter the lounge.
The lounge has comfortable sofas, coffee tables and TV. A good assortment of books and games are available to keep the family amused.
Also on the ground floor you will find a separate toilet with wash hand basin and a shower room. The gite has its own washing machine.
Upstairs are 4 light and airy bedrooms ..
1st large bedroom with King-size Bed, Wardrobe, Dressing table and bedside tables

Soft Furnishing Courses
Workshops are run in a relaxed way and delivered with a step by step guide. Demonstrations by Linda lead the way for you to have a go. You will learn many new skills by developing your own project. Class samples to look at are available to give you ideas and help take the mystery out of how to do certain techniques.
Curtains and blinds are small samples but fully operational and Linda gives great insight into the hardware and use of soft furnishing accessories. All the items you make can be taken home and used as a reference for your own projects alongside the class hand out and your own notes. You will gather a huge amount of professional hints and tips along the way and ideas for when you return home. It's easy when you know how!
All participants will be issued with a Ciseaux Certificate of Attendance.

[post_content] => Un petit coin de France is a converted 150-year-old barn, which retains its character with exposed beams, beechwood floors, stone walls, and a wood burner taking centre stage.The gite has 2 double bedrooms which are light and airy, with wooden floors , it's original beams and traditional stone walls .
Each bedroom has its own en-suite facilities. One of the bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling while the other has a balcony
Downstairs, the living/kitchen area is open plan, with two sets of double doors leading onto a private terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped (including washing machine) with everything you need should you become bored with being waited on in the local restaurants.
The solar heated swimming pool has a large terraced sun bathing area with sun loungers and an arbour to provide shade when needed , topped with a magnificent view over open countryside.
As holidays are precious and we understand our clients' need for privacy we have therefore made sure that each of our gites are completely independent of each other.

Light and spacious room with a window facing east towards your private garden, one set of patio doors facing west towards our garden/courtyard with lovely views, and another set of patio doors leading onto a big covered patio, private and south facing with panoramic views of the Pyrenees. Table and chairs provided for outdoors dining, as well as sun loungers and BBQ.
Lounge - Airy yet cosy room with comfy sofa and chair and wood burning stove, TV/entertainment system, there also is free Wifi internet connection. Original wooden staircase leading upstairs. Window facing west towards the courtyard and back door facing east, leading out to the private garden.
Apart from your own private patio and garden, you're welcome to use the various seating areas in our garden, which faces south with spectacular views of the Pyrenees. [post_content] => Situated within the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses du Quercy, Genévrier is a traditional Quercy cottage occupying a secluded, south-facing hillside position above the small village of St. Martin Labouval in the Vallée du Lot. Set in eight acres of its own land amid oak trees, juniper bushes and box together with wild orchids and honeysuckle, Genévrier has all the ingredients for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The Vallée du Lot is further south than some people realise, spring comes early, summers are usually hot and dry and autumns are delightfully warm. It is a land of warmth and sunshine and spectacular beauty, scented with juniper and thyme and alive with butterflies, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Providing exclusivity and independence the cottage, which has recently been lovingly restored, offers simple but very comfortable accommodation for five guests and has been furnished as our home as opposed to a 'holiday house'.
Bedrooms
Two delightful pretty double aspect bedrooms (1 double and the other twin beds) with polished wood floors, sloping ceilings and original oak beams. An attractive mezzanine area at the top of the oak staircase provides a further single bed if required.
Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen/dining area with its terracotta floor is well equipped and includes fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, a microwave/combination oven and plenty of cupboards. The large old French pine dining table will comfortably seat 8 people.
Living Room
The open-plan sitting room has a sofa and easy chairs providing comfortable seating in front of the Jotul woodburning stove - extremely cosy on those out-of-season evenings! It also has a well stocked book case and a quality system to play your music.
Utility Room
Approached off the cuisine d'ete, the utility room houses the washing machine/dryer, double sink and a large fridge/freezer. It has large oak worktops and offers plenty of cool storage.

[post_content] => La Maison is a beautifully furnished 5 bedroom house (originally the main farmhouse). You enter the house directly into the enormous and very modern kitchen which has a table seating 12 - ideal for those long, lazy lunches using the delicious local produce from the markets. The original stone walls ensure that the rooms are cool in summer, but if you are visiting us at other times of year, there are cosy woodburners for the kitchen and the living room. In the living room you have a TV and DVD player (we have an extensive selection of DVDs available to borrow from our games room). For the more musical among you there is also a piano - ideal for a good old-fashioned family sing-song or for making sure that children don't fall behind with practicing their scales. If you haven't brought enough books to last you, there are plenty provided in the house.
Layout:
There is one double en-suite on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a twin room and a very large double room which share a bathroom. In addition, there is our family suite. This is a very large space and has a double bed and a single bed on the first floor and then stairs up to a further double in the pigeonnier. These rooms share a bathroom. Ideal if you have young children. We can also provide a cot if you require one. The rooms on the first floor all have lovely views over the valley. Outside, you have your own private terrace - perfect for watching the sunset and if you are lucky you may see deer in the fields below or even our resident Owl family!
Outside, there is a 10mx5m pool to cool down on hot afternoons. This is shared with the small cottage next door and with our Safari-tent visitors. We also have a brand new games room for all our guests - pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, cards, board games - another popular space to cool off in the summer!

The Tarn is an unspoiled area of Southern France and very convenient for holiday-makers using the low cost airlines flying to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Rodez.
La Bastide is arranged as three fully equipped self-catering gites: The Farmhouse, The Grange and The Cottage. Each has access to the large swimming pool protected by a legally approved childproof enclosure. All guests have free access to WiFi.
They can be rented individually or the Farmhouse and Grange linked together as one large holiday house or you can book the whole property - ideal for larger family reunions (max 19pp).
