[post_content] => This is a traditional 'Longere' situated on a south facing hillside overlooking the river Vilaine in a quiet location about ½ km uphill from the busy little River Port of Foleux. WiFi signal available.
Bryn Dewi - Sleeps 4 has an enclosed back garden which is suitable for well-behaved dogs and children.
In the lounge there is a traditional open fireplace and largely traditional furniture. It also has full central heating for the cooler months. The modern fitted kitchen has gas hotplate and electric oven, a fridge, microwave etc.
There are stairs leading from the living room up to a mezzanine with access to the upstairs bedrooms with a doorway out into the garden. It has one downstairs ensuite bedroom with twin beds which can be made into double. One upstairs double bedroom and a small single bedroom. It has two toilets and shower rooms. There is also a washing machine.
Pets are welcome but dogs are expected to help with the gardening and keep an eye on the cows! £25 supplement charged per week. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.

The cottage ha a large lounge area with exposed chestnut beams, 2 large comfy sofas,32" flat screen TV with free to air UK TV channels and DVD player. The modern kitchen includes a NEFF built in oven and gas hob, BOSCH integrated dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker along with large solid oak dining table and 6 matching chairs. The master bedroom has matching pine furniture including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cheval mirror and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Both bedroom 2 and 3 has 2 single pine beds and wardrobes. The cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of lawn garden with a large patio area near the cottage with table and chairs, BBQ and sun parasol. The heated swimming pool is approx 8m by 4m with a patio area facing south and has sun loungers and parasol for our guests use. The swimming pool is available from mid May to MID September. [post_content] => St Leon is the combination of La Fermiere (ref 1762) and Le Pressoir (ref 1724) and is set at the end of a country lane in its own grounds.
The well equipped kitchens both includes an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and handheld blender.
As well as the 2 kitchens there is a large living room with a dining area, a living room with exposed beams and a log burning stove, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
One bedroom is downstairs while on the first floor there is one double bedroom, one dorm room with four single bedrooms and two other bedrooms. On the second floor there is one double bedroom and two further bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles. All bedrooms have en-suites apart from the dorm room, which has a bathroom right next door.
The heated pool is fenced and alarmed and has a retractable cover.

The Manor House sleeps 8 + nursery, with indoor heated pool, gym and games room
This beautifully renovated stone manor house is set in a rural landscape but within easy distance of the town of Plouguenast, mid Brittany. It sleeps eight very comfortably in three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a separate well equipped nursery. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave. washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished with Free Sat UK and French reception and the house is centrally heated and has a wood log burner for those cooler off peak evenings. Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels. The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
