There is also a downstairs twin bedroom with ensuite shower room with wheelchair access. The kitchen is separate and is fully fitted and equipped and includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The patio area gives easy access to the gardens, parking area and swimming pool.

Bed linen, books, CD player, game and welcome pack also included. Cot, highchair and stair-gate available on request. Bicycles available for use during your stay. An added bonus is that the lady owner can offer a range of holistic therapies to you during your stay including Indian Head massage and reflexology. [post_content] => Beautiful Stone Cottage near Pontivy.
This is a luxury cottage, set in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room and a fully equipped gym.
On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) diner, with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a large bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet, toilet and basin; then a further toilet with wash basin.
On the first floor there are two huge bedrooms: one double, and one twin.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. The gardens are magnificent; extensive lawned areas, plus beautifully planted flower beds. The large (10 x 5 m) heated pool, is fully enclosed and has ample sun loungers, which is open June to September. Each cottage has garden furniture, BBQ, and private patio outside.

We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

[post_content] => Bramble cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and is situated in a superb rural setting with fantastic views over the neighbouring countryside yet within easy reach of restaurants, shops and other amenities. The cottage ha a large lounge area with exposed chestnut beams, 2 large comfy sofas,32" flat screen TV with free to air UK TV channels and DVD player. The modern kitchen includes a NEFF built in oven and gas hob, BOSCH integrated dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker along with large solid oak dining table and 6 matching chairs. The master bedroom has matching pine furniture including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cheval mirror and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Both bedroom 2 and 3 has 2 single pine beds and wardrobes. The cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of lawn garden with a large patio area near the cottage with table and chairs, BBQ and sun parasol. The heated swimming pool is approx 8m by 4m with a patio area facing south and has sun loungers and parasol for our guests use. The swimming pool is available from mid May to MID September. The swimming pool is fenced off from the house and also has an alarm system which complies to French regulations. The pool is heated by an air source heat pump. All bed linen, cleaning materials and baby equipment are included in the price of the rental

[post_content] => The 18th century granite farmhouse and adjacent cottage are let as one unit and are suitable for larger family groups of 10 to 14 + cots. They are set away from the other two cottages down a private drive in their own pretty formal gardens with lawns, shrubs and plenty of mature trees for shade. The house has been renovated to offer comfortable accommodation but retaining its olde worlde character.
The arched granite doorway opens in to a large airy lounge with dual aspect windows comfortable chairs and sofas, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player. There are a large selection of books, videos, board games, DVDs and Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Leading from the lounge is the fitted kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, gas hob, large fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender etc. There are loads of decent crockery and cutlery and plenty of serving dishes etc. for large groups to be catered for properly. There is also a huge collection of cookery books to help you plan your holiday meals.
From the kitchen is the beamed dining room with two large antique dining tables and chairs. Leading on from this is a utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, shower and toilet, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there is a family bedroom (double and single bed) with ensuite shower and toilet. Two double bedrooms a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
The small “Hansel & Gretel†cottage next door has one large bedroom with a double bed and two singles. Downstairs is the bathroom and kitchen/lounge with sofa and armchairs and table with benches. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas hob and microwave oven.
Outside - The farmhouse and cottage enjoy their own private large lawned area and gardens with BBQ, garden tables, chairs and parasols. Access to the swimming pool is shared with our other two gites Maison Madeleine & Marie.
