[post_content] => The front door leads into the extremely spacious lounge with high natural oak beamed ceilings, and some exposed stone walls. There is an open plan kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with comfortable sofas, off this main room is a toilet and washbasin. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room, one twin room and one three bedded room with a bunk bed and separate single. There is a family bathroom with WC, handbasin and bath with shower over.
The views from the front of the property look over towards the gardens, play area and swimming pool enclosure.
What is included?
Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine, gas oven with hob, cooker hood, children's cutlery, plates and cups. Coolbox and freezer packs supplied.

Set in rural farmland of over four acres, La Lohuas has a several discreet outside areas within it's boundaries. Each with it's own attraction and character.
The most popular with children is the fenced and secure play area, which has been designed to ensure that children can “let their hair down†without disturbing the other guests. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

[post_content] => "Tirnanog is a large, traditional Breton house situated in the hamlet of Bodizel a short walk from the colourful village of Spezet. The nearby village which historically belonged to Cornwall, is steeped in myth and legend and home to excellent restaurants, boulangerie, charcuterie, post office and several bars.
The house has great character with open fires and a wealth of exposed beams, however gas central heating has been installed to ensure you remain cosy during the winter months. The large, private enclosed garden with expansive lawn and apple trees is ideal for children; swings, slide, paddling pool and bicycles (for both adults and children) are available.
The accommodation comprises of:
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 two singles and 3 has a double and single bed.
Kitchen: Traditional bread oven, gas cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing facilities.
Living rooom: Large and spacious room with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, double bed settee, open fire, sofa and comfortable armchairs.
Bathroom: Large downstairs bathroom with shower over bath and bidet, separate WC with grab rails.
Exterior: large lawned, enclosed gardens, garden furniture, swing, slide, paddling pool, BBQ, off road parking.

[post_content] => Renting both of the Brittany cottages at Le Crann is very popular with large families and groups who want to be together for a special event or holiday and the space to spread out. The cottages are Fuchsia (sleeps 7, ref no.1427) and Wisteria (sleeps 10, ref 1428)

Together there are 7 bedrooms, 5 bathroom facilities. Wisteria has a fully equipped kitchen for larger groups with dining seating for 16, a spacious lounge and an open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.

In the shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use. Pools open from 4 Apr to the 25 Sept.
Also: childrens climbing frame, basketball net, swings and slides, outdoor table tennis, football net, badminton/volleyball net, “Bleuet†Playhouse (Cornflower) for young children in its walled garden, boules, bats, balls and terrace

[post_content] => Le Grenier is our luxury gite. Downstairs is creatively decorated with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace, wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a salon area and a washroom.
On the first-floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. The family bedroom on the upper-floor with its low level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with French-style bath, bidet etc.. A child's (or parent's) dream!
With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all new appliances for 2014 and everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Opposite the kitchen you have the dining area, with large pine dining table with 6 chairs. Leading from the kitchen is the large lounge area which over looks the lake. Two large leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and blue ray player. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over looking the lake and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds and matching pine furniture. The third bedroom has a single bed and room for a cot. A second family fully tiled bathroom with bath, wc and handbasin. To the rear of the cottage is a terrace with BBQ, wooden patio set which has fantastic views over the lake. to the front of the property is the new 8m by 4m heated swimming pool which is fenced according to French regulations. Plenty of chairs, sun beds and umbrellas. Fantastic setting for a relaxing holiday in central Brittany.

On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen, a sitting/dinning room and one bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room and the other has an en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles.
The heated pool is fenced and alarmed and has a retractable cover.
