Opposite the manor are the former stables which have been tastefully converted into 2 self catering holiday cottages offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat from the congestion and stress of everyday life.
Each cottage has its own furnished terrace with access to the grounds and its many facilities including swimming pool, full size boule court, barbeque and grassed areas for leisure and relaxation.
The interiors of the cottages retain the character of the old stables with beamed ceilings, some exposed stonework and comfortable furnishings to a high standard..

Many original features have been retained, such as a stone fireplace, and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons we provide such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The ground floor accommodation is open plan and consists of:-
A dining area with a large table and chairs for 6 people.
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster and iron; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many holiday cottages, and have quite often got frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will think we have thought of everything; if in doubt, please ask to see the full list, and no, of course we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
A lounge area with two comfy sofas, centred around the stone fire-place, with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player, and bookshelves with books and DVDs.
Door to to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a family bathroom with washing machine, shower, bath, w.c, and handbasin.
On the 2nd floor, you will find the master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom with bath, handbasin and w.c.
For our younger guests, there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A cot (with bedding), high chair and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating through the colder months.

[post_content] => Les Ecuries has been designed to welcome both able and disabled guests with its wide doors, low level worktops in the kitchen, and a large downstairs shower room.
In addition to the salon area, there is room to have a bed downstairs should it be needed for a disabled person. Upstairs offers 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin-bedded room and a bathroom. On its wide landing there is a sofa bed which is ideal for an adult or 2 children.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

[post_content] => Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation. Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Madeleine is the larger of these two properties and sleeps 10 plus cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen/lounge area. The lounge has 2 sofas plus armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free wireless broadband access WIFI
Large French doors open onto a patio area with tables and chairs, parasols and BBQ. Off the lounge is a double bedroom with dual aspect windows, a twin bedroom and a shower room and toilet.
Upstairs are two triple bedrooms each with a double & single bed and a bathroom.
Outside there is a large lawn area outside of both Madeleine and Marie which has been very popular with holidaymakers with young children as there are lots of toys,swing slide etc here and it enables parents to keep an eye on their children from inside the cottage or relax with a drink outside with their children in full view whilst they are playing. Across the lawn area is the boules court and large playing field for cricket, football, rounders etc.

It is set in 6 acres of private and peaceful grounds of mainly wooded lawns bordered by mature oak and sweet chestnut trees. There is ample space to accommodate all tastes from peaceful reading and sunbathing to boisterous ball games. There are swings and slide for the younger children, badminton and volley ball court and the games room.
The 12 x 6 m pool is heated from the end of May and is set in a landscaped garden enjoying sunshine all day.

Chained Heart Cottage can also be rented with Bishops Well and The Coach House to accommodate 22 people. perfect for family reunions and large groups enjoying a holiday together.

Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a full gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker. Heating by wood burning stoves and electric wall heaters.
From the lounge is a feature open tread staircase leading to a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and family shower room. All bedrooms are carpeted.
Private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. The cottage is self catering and is equipped to a very high standard. Outside: the cottage has its own private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which allows fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.

Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

Each cottage has its own furnished terrace with access to the grounds and its many facilities including swimming pool, full size boule court, barbeque and grassed areas for leisure and relaxation.
