[post_content] => St Leon is the combination of La Fermiere (ref 1762) and Le Pressoir (ref 1724) and is set at the end of a country lane in its own grounds.
The well equipped kitchens both includes an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and handheld blender.
As well as the 2 kitchens there is a large living room with a dining area, a living room with exposed beams and a log burning stove, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
One bedroom is downstairs while on the first floor there is one double bedroom, one dorm room with four single bedrooms and two other bedrooms. On the second floor there is one double bedroom and two further bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles. All bedrooms have en-suites apart from the dorm room, which has a bathroom right next door.
The heated pool is fenced and alarmed and has a retractable cover.

Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

[post_content] => A spacious traditional 4 bedroom Breton farmhouse with lots of old beams and character. Currently there are beds for 14.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. All china and glassware is provided.The living room has a traditional log burning fire for those of you who stay later in the season. A library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own. Mini-music system available. A separate dining room is situated near to the kitchen.
One bathroom and WC is located downstairs and another family bathroom upstairs, plus master en suite. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. An extra bed and/or cot can be added if required. The other 3 bedrooms sleep 4 (1 double + 2 singles); 4 (1 double + 2 singles); and 4 (all singles).
In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. A Barbeque and private sitting out area. The heated pool is open April to end of September and has a large decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings.
Bed linen and personal towels can be rented at 10€ per person, but please bring your own pool/beach towels. The kitchen includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms which have bath, shower, toilets and washbasins. WiFi connection available in the community/games room areas.

Your accommodation is part of a traditional “longere†or longhouse, which were very common in this part if Brittany. The original part of this one, we believe, dates back to around 1750. We have refurbished it to an exceptional standard over a period of two years.
Everything is fitted out to the highest standard - doors and windows are oak, towels and bedlinen are pure cotton or Egyptian cotton, the kitchen is over-equipped with utensils etc. Everything in your gite is spotless, the windows are clean, the garden is tidy, and everything you might need has been thought of.

[post_content] => Gable End Cottage sleeps 5 people in three bedrooms. On entering the cottage you will come into the kitchen area on your right hand side. The kitchen is fully fitted with all new appliances for 2014 and everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Opposite the kitchen you have the dining area, with large pine dining table with 6 chairs. Leading from the kitchen is the large lounge area which over looks the lake. Two large leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and blue ray player. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over looking the lake and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds and matching pine furniture. The third bedroom has a single bed and room for a cot. A second family fully tiled bathroom with bath, wc and handbasin. To the rear of the cottage is a terrace with BBQ, wooden patio set which has fantastic views over the lake. to the front of the property is the new 8m by 4m heated swimming pool which is fenced according to French regulations. Plenty of chairs, sun beds and umbrellas. Fantastic setting for a relaxing holiday in central Brittany.

The large bespoke French farmhouse kitchen has solid granite and oak worktops, hand painted wooden units and provincial grey tiled floors. The interior design and style of 'La Grange' creates a calm and soothing ambience.
Stroll around the beautiful gardens, sit and relax under one of the many mature trees whilst listening to the birdsong, watch the wildlife whilst overlooking one of the wildflower meadow areas. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool or just lounge and relax poolside with a glass of something and a good book. Perhaps a game of something in the undercover barn or on the lawn is more your style, pool, snooker, darts, table tennis or badminton to name a few or even practice your golf swing on the lawn. Whilst in season pick your own fruit from the orchard, and raspberry's from the soft fruit area. Let the children have some freedom to run around and let off steam in the safe and secure children's play areas.
