[post_content] => La Fermette is a six bedroom farmhouse which has been carefully restored to provide every modern comfort, while retaining all the charm of original stonework, wood beamed ceilings and stone floors. It has Freeview (UK) Satelite TV and is internet Wi-Fi enabled accessible by WEP key. The access key will be provided individually as required.
The living area has an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, chairs and is fully equipped with CD, TV & DVDs.
The dining area has a large dining table and enough chairs for everyone to enjoy those wonderful family meals together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
The house is baby and toddler friendly. Stairgates top and bottom, highchairs, cots, steriliser, toys books etc . The property is great for walking and cycling as we have direct access from the property onto the groomed forest trails .
There are six bedrooms: 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room; 1 double room; 3 twin rooms and 1 bunk bed room. A futher family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC upstairs. Bedding is provided but you will need your own towels.
Outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool. There is a large sunbathing terrace and the pool is open and heated from mid-May until the end of September. It is securely fenced. The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.
Prices include all bed linen, water, electricity and heating when required (during the colder months). Cots and highchairs are available free of charge. Please note that there is an end of stay clean payable locally or simply leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. Although priced in Euros we can accept sterling at the current rate of exchange at the time the payment is due. The house is baby and toddler friendly. The nearby village which historically belonged to Cornwall, is steeped in myth and legend and home to excellent restaurants, boulangerie, charcuterie, post office and several bars.
The house has great character with open fires and a wealth of exposed beams, however gas central heating has been installed to ensure you remain cosy during the winter months. The large, private enclosed garden with expansive lawn and apple trees is ideal for children; swings, slide, paddling pool and bicycles (for both adults and children) are available.

It provides spacious and practical accommodation for a family holiday and can be rented for 4 or 7 persons and a baby. Good base to explore the variety of the Pink Granite Coast.
Immediately to the back of the house is a decked area for dining al fresco, overlooking a sunny lawn and enormous fig tree. This part of the garden is fully enclosed and suitable for small children. Through the little gate is the heather garden and orchard, with wilder parts beyond. Here you can enjoy aperitifs under the shade of the apple trees.
Indoors a large French-style dining room opens on to the well-equipped and practical kitchen, with a modern fan oven and induction hob. On the other side of the cool hall is a pretty blue and yellow sitting room and there is a ground floor bedroom at the rear, which can sleep three in two bunk beds and a single bed. There is a shower room downstairs, and another one upstairs, located between the two large double bedrooms. These each have a double bed, and look out over the square and the lovely old church.

[post_content] => Poire is a two bedroomed cottage which sleeps 4 people, it is being updated for the 2013 season with two new bathrooms and a modernised living room. The gite faces south and looks out over the raised water feature in the courtyard. At the back there are views over rolling fields and woodlands. The living room has high ceilings with exposed beams and new, very comfortable sofas. The kitchen/dining area is also extremely spacious.

Outside
Set in rural farmland of over four acres, La Lohuas has a several discreet outside areas within it's boundaries. Each with it's own attraction and character.
The most popular with children is the fenced and secure play area, which has been designed to ensure that children can “let their hair down†without disturbing the other guests. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

The cottage is set amidst beautiful countryside approximately 2 miles from the local village of Guern, 10 miles from the historic town of Pontivy and a 45 minute drive from Vannes and 30 minutes to the renown southern coast of Brittany.
Theself catering holiday accommodation comprises one double and two twin rooms, a separate WC and bathroom with shower on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a large fitted farmhouse kitchen, a very comfortable lounge with log-burning stove and cloakroom.There is also central heating for comfortable off-season lets. A cot and highchair are available.
The location is ideal for outdoor pursuits. It is close to 250 acre forest with an abundance of wildlife and many species of bird life, including the magnificent kingfisher.
The property still has many of the original granite buildings, some of which have been utilized for the benefit of the visitors, but still retaining the charm of the country property.
Surrounding the cottage there is approximately 8 acres of meadowland and more formal lawns through which the River Sarre meanders with good trout and pike fishing.The mill leat feeds a large pond in front of the house and whilst swimming and paddling can take place it is advisable to always ensure young children are supervised. A canoe is provided for further enjoyment of the water at visitors own risk.
There is ample space for outdoor games too. A barbecue and garden furniture are provided and there is badminton and petangue. The latter are shared facilities with THE COTTAGE next door which is also available for renting together with MAISON BLANCHE for large groups.
A 2m plunge pool is also provided to add to your enjoyment of the garden.
Fishing is permitted from the garden or surrounding meadow and licences are easily obtained.

The kitchen area is very well equipped with plenty of quality glasses, crockery, cutlery, non stick pans as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender etc. There is a gas hob/oven, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
On the ground floor there is also a family bedroom with a double and single bed and en-suite shower/toilet.
Upstairs is fully carpeted with a double bedroom, a family room with a double and single bed, a twin bedroom and bathroom. To the front of the farmhouse hidden from view is a small secluded private garden with a rotary washing line.
Outside - Here on site you can enjoy swimming in our 10x5 metre (32' X 16') heated, fenced, swimming pool with shallow end and roman steps. You will find the pool is sheltered and well positioned to remain in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. The pool is normally open from the end of May to the end of September.
Also in the grounds are a boules court, table tennis, trampoline with safety net, swingball, children's swing and slide, basketball net, badminton and children's playhouse. We also have a grassed area that we keep cut for ball games (football, cricket and rounders) so that children can play safely within sight but without disturbing the adults.
There is plenty of room with in the grounds to park cars safely. The farmhouse and cottage are detached from each other across a gravelled courtyard. There is a communal room that the two properties have a key to housing the washing machine, freezer, ironing boards, clothes airers, irons, hoovers, video library and space for storage of bikes, roof racks etc.
