Ideally situated between the sea and the countryside, in a peaceful, restful setting just 1.5 kilometres from Baud, these three houses provide wonderfully comfortable, well-appointed accommodation. There is a covered, heated swimming pool, outdoor games area and large, safely enclosed garden which await you with the promise of an authentic, peaceful and convivial holiday. a hamlet of farm buildings in a very special setting, sensitively renovated in keeping with local architectural style. These cottages are named after the nearby River Blavet locks of Treblavet, Minazen and Rimaison.
** There is a new room with three beds, shower and toilet, above the information cottage which would be suitable for teenagers, if you need extra, room only, accommodation. The rental is 200€ per week for two people in peak season.
Full of character, this detached cottage is the perfect place to stay with family or friends. Standing a little apart from the other two cottages, this former barn blends the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. It has its own private garden and outdoor games are available, BBQ and sun loungers.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave) living room (with TV English channels), dining area, utility room and toilet. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a family room with double and two single beds. Shower room and separate toilet
For your further comfort bed linen is provided and bathroom towels are available to rent at 6€ (bath & hand towels). In addition, end of stay clean is mandatory 50€. Pool open mid-May to mid-Sept.

[post_content] => Les Ecuries has been designed to welcome both able and disabled guests with its wide doors, low level worktops in the kitchen, and a large downstairs shower room.
In addition to the salon area, there is room to have a bed downstairs should it be needed for a disabled person. Upstairs offers 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin-bedded room and a bathroom. On its wide landing there is a sofa bed which is ideal for an adult or 2 children.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

Lily Cottage, with shared pool, sleeps 6. This is a renovated stone cottage in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room, and friendly gentle ponies to make friends with.
On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) kitchen and dining area, and one twin bedroom and upstairs there are two double bedrooms.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. The gardens are magnificent; extensive lawned areas, plus beautifully planted flower beds. The large (10 x 5 m) heated pool, is fully enclosed and has ample sun loungers, which is open end May to September. It has garden furniture, BBQ, and private patio outside.
There is also a play area with a football goal, sandpit, swings, badminton net, volleyball and you won't want to either leave the place for a day and you'll break your heart when it's time to leave.... Bed linen included and cot and highchair available on request.

[post_content] => St Leon is the combination of La Fermiere (ref 1762) and Le Pressoir (ref 1724) and is set at the end of a country lane in its own grounds.
The well equipped kitchens both includes an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and handheld blender.
As well as the 2 kitchens there is a large living room with a dining area, a living room with exposed beams and a log burning stove, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
One bedroom is downstairs while on the first floor there is one double bedroom, one dorm room with four single bedrooms and two other bedrooms. On the second floor there is one double bedroom and two further bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have twin zip and link beds so can be set up as either twins or king size doubles. All bedrooms have en-suites apart from the dorm room, which has a bathroom right next door.
The heated pool is fenced and alarmed and has a retractable cover.

There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which entitles fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.

Many original features have been retained, such as a stone fireplace, and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. The ground floor accommodation is open plan and consists of:-
A dining area with a large table and chairs for 6 people.
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster and iron; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many holiday cottages, and have quite often got frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will think we have thought of everything; if in doubt, please ask to see the full list, and no, of course we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
A lounge area with two comfy sofas, centred around the stone fire-place, with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player, and bookshelves with books and DVDs.
Door to to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a family bathroom with washing machine, shower, bath, w.c, and handbasin.
On the 2nd floor, you will find the master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom with bath, handbasin and w.c.
For our younger guests, there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A cot (with bedding), high chair and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating through the colder months.

Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which allows fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.

There is a covered, heated swimming pool, outdoor games area and large, safely enclosed garden which await you with the promise of an authentic, peaceful and convivial holiday. a hamlet of farm buildings in a very special setting, sensitively renovated in keeping with local architectural style. These cottages are named after the nearby River Blavet locks of Treblavet, Minazen and Rimaison.
** There is a new room with three beds, shower and toilet, above the information cottage which would be suitable for teenagers, if you need extra, room only, accommodation. The rental is 200€ per week for two people in peak season.
Full of character, this detached cottage is the perfect place to stay with family or friends. Standing a little apart from the other two cottages, this former barn blends the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. It has its own private garden and outdoor games are available, BBQ and sun loungers.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave) living room (with TV English channels), dining area, utility room and toilet. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a family room with double and two single beds. Shower room and separate toilet
For your further comfort bed linen is provided and bathroom towels are available to rent at 6€ (bath & hand towels). In addition, end of stay clean is mandatory 50€. Pool open mid-May to mid-Sept.
