The fabulous lounge dining room has a huge fireplace with wood burning stove, exposed beams and ancient stone walls. The open plan corner kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and microwave. Upstairs there are two twin and one double bedrooms and the shower room has a multi-jet shower and toilet, also downstairs is a further shower room with washer/drier. The Manor House sleeps 8 + nursery, with indoor heated pool, gym and games room
This beautifully renovated stone manor house is set in a rural landscape but within easy distance of the town of Plouguenast, mid Brittany. It sleeps eight very comfortably in three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a separate well equipped nursery. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave. washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished with Free Sat UK and French reception and the house is centrally heated and has a wood log burner for those cooler off peak evenings. [post_content] => Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation.
Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Maison Marie is the smaller of these two cottages and sleeps 5 + cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen /lounge area. The lounge has a sofa and armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric/gas hob with gas oven fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Ground floor shower room and toilet. Large French doors open onto a patio area with tables and chairs, parasols and BBQ.
Upstairs is a bathroom, double bedroom and family bedroom with a double bed and single bed.
Outside there is a large lawned area outside of both Madeleine and Marie which has been very popular with holidaymakers with young children as there are lots of toys, swing slide etc. Here and it enables parents to keep an eye on their children from inside the cottage or relax with a drink outside with their children in full view whilst they are playing. Across the lawned area is the boules court and large playing field for cricket, football & rounders etc.

[post_content] => Restored in the early 20th Century, this was the original farmhouse, and as was tradition, the principal ground floor room is a large kitchen and dining room, with a separate small lounge. Many original features have been retained such as the stone fireplace and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons that we have provided such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine,electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many cottages, and quite often get frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will find that we have thought of everything... If in doubt, ask to see the full list, and no, we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 people.
The separate lounge has two comfy sofas, satellite TV, and DVD player, and book shelves with books and DVDs.
Large ground floor family bathroom, with bath and shower over, handbasin and w.c.
Corridor to boiler room, and door to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.

A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A high chair, cot (with bedding), and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating during the colder months.

The front door opens off the front terrace into an impressive living area with 12 foot high exposed oak beam ceilings, the kitchen dining area is through a doorway off the living room. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

[post_content] => Le Grenier is our luxury gite. Downstairs is creatively decorated with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace, wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a salon area and a washroom.
On the first-floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. The family bedroom on the upper-floor with its low level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with French-style bath, bidet etc.. A child's (or parent's) dream!
With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.
