[post_content] => This is a traditional 'Longere' situated on a south facing hillside overlooking the river Vilaine in a quiet location about ½ km uphill from the busy little River Port of Foleux. WiFi signal available.
Bryn Dewi - Sleeps 4 has an enclosed back garden which is suitable for well-behaved dogs and children.
In the lounge there is a traditional open fireplace and largely traditional furniture. It also has full central heating for the cooler months. The modern fitted kitchen has gas hotplate and electric oven, a fridge, microwave etc.
There are stairs leading from the living room up to a mezzanine with access to the upstairs bedrooms with a doorway out into the garden. It has one downstairs ensuite bedroom with twin beds which can be made into double. One upstairs double bedroom and a small single bedroom. It has two toilets and shower rooms. There is also a washing machine.
Pets are welcome but dogs are expected to help with the gardening and keep an eye on the cows! £25 supplement charged per week. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.

[post_content] => Middle Cottage is a stone built, sympathetically renovated house which has two bedrooms, sleeping up to four people, and a bathroom upstairs and a large sitting room with kitchen downstairs. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable. There is a television and wireless internet is provided. The garden is south facing and you can eat your meals at the table and chairs immediately outside the cottage.
I have hens, ducks, goats and a veggie growing area two hundred metres from the cottage, and a rabbit area in the garden. I also have three cats who roam about freely.
All bedlinen and towels are included in the price, as are tea towels, dishwasher tablets, logs for the woodburner etc. If you are planning to arrive after the shops have closed, then I can arrange for essentials like milk to be bought and waiting for you in the cottage if you let me know what you require.
Beach towels can also be provided and bicycles are available for hire from the main house.

[post_content] => Renting both of the Brittany cottages at Le Crann is very popular with large families and groups who want to be together for a special event or holiday and the space to spread out. The cottages are Fuchsia (sleeps 7, ref no.1427) and Wisteria (sleeps 10, ref 1428)

In the shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use. Pools open from 4 Apr to the 25 Sept.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all new appliances for 2014 and everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Opposite the kitchen you have the dining area, with large pine dining table with 6 chairs. Leading from the kitchen is the large lounge area which over looks the lake. Two large leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and blue ray player. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over looking the lake and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds and matching pine furniture. The third bedroom has a single bed and room for a cot. A second family fully tiled bathroom with bath, wc and handbasin. To the rear of the cottage is a terrace with BBQ, wooden patio set which has fantastic views over the lake. to the front of the property is the new 8m by 4m heated swimming pool which is fenced according to French regulations. Plenty of chairs, sun beds and umbrellas. Fantastic setting for a relaxing holiday in central Brittany.

Outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool. There is a large sunbathing terrace and the pool is open and heated from mid-May until the end of September. It is securely fenced. The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.

[post_content] => One of two fabulous cottages which no expense has been spared in the finishing and furnishings provided by the owners. They both sleep 4-6 with two bedrooms in each and bed settees on mezzanines. There is an access ramp to easily facilitate those with mobility problems. Due to inability to put on stair gates, these cottages are only suitable for children older than four years old.
L'Arche has two double bedrooms, the first one on the ground floor has an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and sink. The second one is on the first floor is above the kitchen on an open and light mezzanine, with cathedral ceiling. The lounge has TV and DVD and satellite stations available and a bed settee which will sleep a further two people. In addition, L'Arche now has a private sun terrace.
The kitchen has built in electric multi-function oven with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
The pool is heated, and is approximately 10 x 4.5 metres and has a system to allow you to "swim against the tide" for extra exercise and it decked all around. It has roman steps at one end. There is an underwater multicoloured light system which is quite magnificent for those late evening swims The Jacuzzi is for eight and has surround sound radio and CD system and also has the multicoloured lighting system and a fountain.
The 42" flat screen TV is on the facing wall. Direct access to the terrace for sunbathing, just in front of the Jacuzzi. Complex open May - end September.
Outside you will find four hectares of land to explore, gently undulating into woods, park, meadows and there you will also be able to use the wonderful new tennis court, which also adapts for volleyball, basketball and badminton. What else do you need to work off all those calories in the French cheese and wine?
