[post_content] => Restored in the early 20th Century, this was the original farmhouse, and as was tradition, the principal ground floor room is a large kitchen and dining room, with a separate small lounge. Many original features have been retained such as the stone fireplace and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons that we have provided such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine,electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many cottages, and quite often get frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will find that we have thought of everything... If in doubt, ask to see the full list, and no, we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 people.
The separate lounge has two comfy sofas, satellite TV, and DVD player, and book shelves with books and DVDs.
Large ground floor family bathroom, with bath and shower over, handbasin and w.c.
Corridor to boiler room, and door to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, and one twin bedded room, and a games room containing a multi-games table, and board games.
For our younger guests.....there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A high chair, cot (with bedding), and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating during the colder months.

[post_content] => Gable End Cottage sleeps 5 people in three bedrooms. On entering the cottage you will come into the kitchen area on your right hand side. The kitchen is fully fitted with all new appliances for 2014 and everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Opposite the kitchen you have the dining area, with large pine dining table with 6 chairs. Leading from the kitchen is the large lounge area which over looks the lake. Two large leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and blue ray player. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over looking the lake and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds and matching pine furniture. The third bedroom has a single bed and room for a cot. A second family fully tiled bathroom with bath, wc and handbasin. To the rear of the cottage is a terrace with BBQ, wooden patio set which has fantastic views over the lake. to the front of the property is the new 8m by 4m heated swimming pool which is fenced according to French regulations. Plenty of chairs, sun beds and umbrellas. Fantastic setting for a relaxing holiday in central Brittany.

[post_content] => Rosemary Cottage is a two bedroom cottage with a wealth of old oak beams and many original features. On the top floor is a bedroom with beautiful original oak beams and a king size bed. On the first floor is the second bedroom which has a small double bed (4ft / 120cm ) and a single bed and the bathroom. Downstairs has an open plan living area & fully fitted kitchen allowing the cook to be part of the party.
All the cottages have English TV, DVD and CD players. Each cottage has its own outside eating area with wooden garden furniture and parasol and catch the sun all day.

This delightful cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms,2 bathroom facilities and an open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.

[post_content] => Situated in the west wing of our 16th century longere, the gite has been tastefully furnished and
equipped for four people, although six can be accommodated as furnishings include a double sofa bed..
Access to the Gite is through french windows from the rear garden, these leading into a very large open plan sitting room ,dining area and spacious kitchen area on a raised level. Stairs lead up to the
mezzanine, with the large beamed double bedroom off of this. A second short flight of stairs lead to a
landing with doors leading to the twin bedroom, bathroom and toilet. All rooms are beamed with
character.
Outside there is parking for two cars, a large seating area with table, four chairs and a barbecue, access to the meadow, a great place for children to play and dogs to have a run. A path alongside the garden
leads to the small swimming pool with comfortable furniture provided on the decking. A lovely spot to
relax in the sunshine with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored safely under cover in our large storeroom.
Games, books and drawing facilities are provided for children as are a number of DVDs and books for
adults. We also have a large folder full of information about many places to visit.
A choice of arrival day meals are offered at a cost of 10 euros.

We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A high chair, cot (with bedding), and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating during the colder months.
