Immediately to the back of the house is a decked area for dining al fresco, overlooking a sunny lawn and enormous fig tree. This part of the garden is fully enclosed and suitable for small children. Through the little gate is the heather garden and orchard, with wilder parts beyond. Here you can enjoy aperitifs under the shade of the apple trees.
Indoors a large French-style dining room opens on to the well-equipped and practical kitchen, with a modern fan oven and induction hob. On the other side of the cool hall is a pretty blue and yellow sitting room and there is a ground floor bedroom at the rear, which can sleep three in two bunk beds and a single bed. There is a shower room downstairs, and another one upstairs, located between the two large double bedrooms. These each have a double bed, and look out over the square and the lovely old church.

[post_content] => Situated in the west wing of our 16th century longere, the gite has been tastefully furnished and
equipped for four people, although six can be accommodated as furnishings include a double sofa bed..
Access to the Gite is through french windows from the rear garden, these leading into a very large open plan sitting room ,dining area and spacious kitchen area on a raised level. Stairs lead up to the
mezzanine, with the large beamed double bedroom off of this. A second short flight of stairs lead to a
landing with doors leading to the twin bedroom, bathroom and toilet. All rooms are beamed with
character.
Outside there is parking for two cars, a large seating area with table, four chairs and a barbecue, access to the meadow, a great place for children to play and dogs to have a run. A path alongside the garden
leads to the small swimming pool with comfortable furniture provided on the decking. A lovely spot to
relax in the sunshine with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored safely under cover in our large storeroom.
Games, books and drawing facilities are provided for children as are a number of DVDs and books for
adults. We also have a large folder full of information about many places to visit.
A choice of arrival day meals are offered at a cost of 10 euros.

Open plan ground floor living area with separate sitting and dining areas and corner kitchen. Traditional fireplace with wood burner, dining table and chairs; comfortable settee and armchairs. Satellite TV with English, free to air channels. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
Stairs to first floor with one bedroom with Double Bed, and the other bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room with washbasin and WC. Cot Laundry room is separate. Bed linen and towels are included.
Outside you will find lovely grounds. Wonderful views over the surrounding open countryside. BBQ, children's play area (swings set, play equipment and sand pit), boule court and garden furniture also available. The 12 x 5 metre heated swimming pool is fully enclosed and there is also a large kiddies splash pool. The outdoor facilities are shared with two other cottages. Communal laundry room.

[post_content] => Le Grenier is our luxury gite. Downstairs is creatively decorated with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace, wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a salon area and a washroom.
On the first-floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. The family bedroom on the upper-floor with its low level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with French-style bath, bidet etc.. A child's (or parent's) dream!
With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

Cassis is also equipped with freeview satellite tv and in addition, for those who want to keep in touch with their email etc, each gite is part of a private wi-fi network accessible by WEP key. The access key will be provided individually as required. The living area is open plan light and spacious which includes;
Lounge/Dining area of sofa, chairs and fully equipped with CD, TV and DVD facilities and dining table.

Also outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool. The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.

This timeless cottage has 4 bedrooms,5 bathroom facilities and a spacious open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.

This is a spacious cottage offering a high level of comfort and convenience to make a self catering holiday enjoyable any time of the year. It is set in 6 acres of private and peaceful grounds of mainly wooded lawns bordered by mature oak and sweet chestnut trees. There is ample space to accommodate all tastes from peaceful reading and sunbathing to boisterous ball games. There are swings and slide for the younger children, badminton and volley ball court and the games room.
The 12 x 6 m pool is heated from the end of May and is set in a landscaped garden enjoying sunshine all day.

Chained Heart Cottage can also be rented with Bishops Well and The Coach House to accommodate 22 people. perfect for family reunions and large groups enjoying a holiday together.
