[post_content] => Small Cottage is a stone built, sympathetically renovated house which has on ensuite bedroom, sleeping two people, with a bathroom upstairs and a sitting room with kitchen area downstairs. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable. There is a television and wireless internet is provided. The garden is south facing and you can eat your meals at the table and chairs immediately outside the cottage.
I have hens, ducks, goats and a veggie growing area two hundred metres from the cottage, and a rabbit area in the garden. I also have three cats who roam about freely.
All bedlinen and towels are included in the price, as are tea towels, dishwasher tablets, logs for the woodburner etc. If you are planning to arrive after the shops have closed, then I can arrange for essentials like milk to be bought and waiting for you in the cottage if you let me know what you require.
Beach towels can also be provided and bicycles are available for hire from the main house.
We also have another cottage which sleeps four, Middle Cottage.

[post_content] => Le Grenier is our luxury gite. Downstairs is creatively decorated with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace, wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a salon area and a washroom.
On the first-floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. The family bedroom on the upper-floor with its low level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with French-style bath, bidet etc.. A child's (or parent's) dream!
With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

There is a covered, heated swimming pool, outdoor games area and large, safely enclosed garden which await you with the promise of an authentic, peaceful and convivial holiday. a hamlet of farm buildings in a very special setting, sensitively renovated in keeping with local architectural style. These cottages are named after the nearby River Blavet locks of Treblavet, Minazen and Rimaison. ** There is a new room with three beds, shower and toilet, above the information cottage which would be suitable for teenagers, if you need extra, room only, accommodation. The rental is 200€ per week for two people in peak season.
Treblavet, carefully restored and adjoining Minazen (6), is equipped to a very high standard, decorated in tasteful, harmonious colours with large, sunny bedrooms and a private garden with hedges and a grassy bank for privacy.
The ground floor has the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full cooker, microwave etc; which gives on to the dining and lounge area. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Also downstairs you will find a double bedroom with private ensuite shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms (so three in total), one triple room with three single beds and the other a family room with one double and one single. It has Freeview (UK) Satelite TV and is internet Wi-Fi enabled accessible by WEP key. The access key will be provided individually as required.
The living area has an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, chairs and is fully equipped with CD, TV & DVDs.
The dining area has a large dining table and enough chairs for everyone to enjoy those wonderful family meals together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
The house is baby and toddler friendly. Stairgates top and bottom, highchairs, cots, steriliser, toys books etc . The property is great for walking and cycling as we have direct access from the property onto the groomed forest trails .
There are six bedrooms: 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room; 1 double room; 3 twin rooms and 1 bunk bed room. A futher family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC upstairs. Bedding is provided but you will need your own towels.
Outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool. There is a large sunbathing terrace and the pool is open and heated from mid-May until the end of September. It is securely fenced. The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.
Prices include all bed linen, water, electricity and heating when required (during the colder months). Cots and highchairs are available free of charge. Please note that there is an end of stay clean payable locally or simply leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. On the ground floor there is an open-plan lounge with a superb original exposed stone fireplace filling one wall, a separate dining area and a fitted kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower/toilet. The open tread stair leads to first floor where there is one further double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. Family shower room. All bedrooms are carpeted. Outside is a private garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
Ground floor is open plan in the traditional Breton style. Roof beams, trusses and original stone walls are exposed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, has a gas full cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker. Heating is by wood burning stoves and electric wall heaters. Outside: the house has its own private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. There is fishing at Lac de Dordu which is adjacent to the gardens and is stocked with large common carp, large pink, tench and perch. Fishing permits can be purchased from the owners on a daily or weekly basis which entitles fishing in all the lakes in Morbihan. The 30`x 20`shared solar heated swimming pool (open mid-May - mid-Sept), has a surrounding patio and sun loungers.
