This beautifully renovated stone manor house is set in a rural landscape but within easy distance of the town of Plouguenast, mid Brittany. It sleeps eight very comfortably in three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a separate well equipped nursery. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave. washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished with Free Sat UK and French reception and the house is centrally heated and has a wood log burner for those cooler off peak evenings. Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels. The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

Lily Cottage, with shared pool, sleeps 6. This is a renovated stone cottage in the quiet Breton countryside, set in magnificent gardens, and nine further acres, with so much to do, you won't want to leave. There is a large heated swimming pool, a games room, and friendly gentle ponies to make friends with.
On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with Sky TV & DVD player (100's of DVDs for hire in the library) kitchen and dining area, and one twin bedroom and upstairs there are two double bedrooms.
There are some shared facilities with three other lovely cottages; including: laundry room with two washing machines and tumble dryer; gym with various equipment; games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis, table football, books and various games. The gardens are magnificent; extensive lawned areas, plus beautifully planted flower beds. The large (10 x 5 m) heated pool, is fully enclosed and has ample sun loungers, which is open end May to September. It has garden furniture, BBQ, and private patio outside.
There is also a play area with a football goal, sandpit, swings, badminton net, volleyball and you won't want to either leave the place for a day and you'll break your heart when it's time to leave.... Bed linen included and cot and highchair available on request.

The gite faces south and looks out over the raised water feature in the courtyard. At the back there are views over rolling fields and woodlands. Outside
Set in rural farmland of over four acres, La Lohuas has a several discreet outside areas within it's boundaries. Each with it's own attraction and character.
The most popular with children is the fenced and secure play area, which has been designed to ensure that children can “let their hair down†without disturbing the other guests. Here we have a huge open-fronted barn with children's toys, sandpit and a table tennis table. An ideal distraction if ever it rains, but with the added bonus of being shaded from the sun on the hottest of days. Next to the barn is a large lawned area with a 14 foot trampoline, swings, slide, see-saw and football and badminton nets.
There are gardens with a croquet lawn, a hammock suspended under the walnut trees and a little walk behind the chicken pen takes you down to our woodland fairy grotto, where you can listen to the birds singing and the babbling brook. There is a little stream at the bottom with a bridge, where you can play “pooh-sticksâ€.

We have refurbished it to an exceptional standard over a period of two years.

[post_content] => Situated across the gravelled courtyard from our other property, Lustruyen Cottage, is the farmhouse that sleeps 10 + cot. The door opens into an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large farmhouse table and chairs, comfortable sofas and armchairs, books, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player & Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with plenty of quality glasses, crockery, cutlery, non stick pans as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender etc. There is a gas hob/oven, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
On the ground floor there is also a family bedroom with a double and single bed and en-suite shower/toilet.
Upstairs is fully carpeted with a double bedroom, a family room with a double and single bed, a twin bedroom and bathroom. To the front of the farmhouse hidden from view is a small secluded private garden with a rotary washing line.
Outside - Here on site you can enjoy swimming in our 10x5 metre (32' X 16') heated, fenced, swimming pool with shallow end and roman steps. You will find the pool is sheltered and well positioned to remain in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. The pool is normally open from the end of May to the end of September.
Also in the grounds are a boules court, table tennis, trampoline with safety net, swingball, children's swing and slide, basketball net, badminton and children's playhouse. We also have a grassed area that we keep cut for ball games (football, cricket and rounders) so that children can play safely within sight but without disturbing the adults.
There is plenty of room with in the grounds to park cars safely. The farmhouse and cottage are detached from each other across a gravelled courtyard. There is a communal room that the two properties have a key to housing the washing machine, freezer, ironing boards, clothes airers, irons, hoovers, video library and space for storage of bikes, roof racks etc.

[post_content] => One of two fabulous cottages which no expense has been spared in the finishing and furnishings provided by the owners. They both sleep 4-6 with two bedrooms in each and bed settees on mezzanines. There is an access ramp to easily facilitate those with mobility problems. Due to inability to put on stair gates, these cottages are only suitable for children older than four years old.
L'Arche has two double bedrooms, the first one on the ground floor has an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and sink. The second one is on the first floor is above the kitchen on an open and light mezzanine, with cathedral ceiling. The lounge has TV and DVD and satellite stations available and a bed settee which will sleep a further two people. In addition, L'Arche now has a private sun terrace.
The kitchen has built in electric multi-function oven with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
The pool is heated, and is approximately 10 x 4.5 metres and has a system to allow you to "swim against the tide" for extra exercise and it decked all around. It has roman steps at one end. There is an underwater multicoloured light system which is quite magnificent for those late evening swims The Jacuzzi is for eight and has surround sound radio and CD system and also has the multicoloured lighting system and a fountain.
The 42" flat screen TV is on the facing wall. Direct access to the terrace for sunbathing, just in front of the Jacuzzi. Complex open May - end September.
Outside you will find four hectares of land to explore, gently undulating into woods, park, meadows and there you will also be able to use the wonderful new tennis court, which also adapts for volleyball, basketball and badminton. What else do you need to work off all those calories in the French cheese and wine?

It has Freeview (UK) Satelite TV and is internet Wi-Fi enabled accessible by WEP key. The access key will be provided individually as required.
The living area has an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, chairs and is fully equipped with CD, TV & DVDs.
The dining area has a large dining table and enough chairs for everyone to enjoy those wonderful family meals together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
The house is baby and toddler friendly. Stairgates top and bottom, highchairs, cots, steriliser, toys books etc . The property is great for walking and cycling as we have direct access from the property onto the groomed forest trails .
There are six bedrooms: 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room; 1 double room; 3 twin rooms and 1 bunk bed room. A futher family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC upstairs. Bedding is provided but you will need your own towels.
Outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool. There is a large sunbathing terrace and the pool is open and heated from mid-May until the end of September. It is securely fenced. The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.
Prices include all bed linen, water, electricity and heating when required (during the colder months). Cots and highchairs are available free of charge. Please note that there is an end of stay clean payable locally or simply leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. Although priced in Euros we can accept sterling at the current rate of exchange at the time the payment is due. The house is baby and toddler friendly. Linen & Towels:
Good quality bed linen, duvets, patchwork quilted bedspreads, pillows, mattresses, mattress and pillows protectors, towels, and bath mats are provided. We have paid particular attention to the quality of the beds and other furnishings for a comfortable stay. All of the bedrooms have blackout blinds, good quality sprung mattresses (some with memory foam toppers) on the beds and spring back pillows to ensure maximum comfort & support to enable a good night's rest.
Unlimited Internet Access:
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available for guests who bring suitable laptops, iPAD, smartphones etc.

[post_content] => Ideally situated between the sea and the countryside, in a peaceful, restful setting just 1.5 kilometres from Baud, these three houses provide wonderfully comfortable, well-appointed accommodation. There is a covered, heated swimming pool, outdoor games area and large, safely enclosed garden which await you with the promise of an authentic, peaceful and convivial holiday. a hamlet of farm buildings in a very special setting, sensitively renovated in keeping with local architectural style. These cottages are named after the nearby River Blavet locks of Treblavet, Minazen and Rimaison. ** There is a new room with three beds, shower and toilet, above the information cottage which would be suitable for teenagers, if you need extra, room only, accommodation. The rental is 200€ per week for two people in peak season.
Treblavet, carefully restored and adjoining Minazen (6), is equipped to a very high standard, decorated in tasteful, harmonious colours with large, sunny bedrooms and a private garden with hedges and a grassy bank for privacy.
The ground floor has the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full cooker, microwave etc; which gives on to the dining and lounge area. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Also downstairs you will find a double bedroom with private ensuite shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms (so three in total), one triple room with three single beds and the other a family room with one double and one single. There is also a family shower room and separate 2nd toilet. For your further comfort bed linen is provided and bathroom towels are available to rent at 6€ (bath & hand towels). In addition, end of your stay clean is mandatory 50€. Pool open mid-May to mid-Sept

[post_content] => Sleeping 8 Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking. It has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. The kitchen has microwave, kettle, toaster and full cooking facilities. The lounge has TV and free to view. Communal washing machine in laundry room.
The Manor House sleeps 8 + nursery, with indoor heated pool, gym and games room
This beautifully renovated stone manor house is set in a rural landscape but within easy distance of the town of Plouguenast, mid Brittany. It sleeps eight very comfortably in three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a separate well equipped nursery. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave. washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished with Free Sat UK and French reception and the house is centrally heated and has a wood log burner for those cooler off peak evenings. Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels. The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
