The bright and airy ground-floor centrally-heated accommodation, newly decorated in 2008, has been stylishly and tastefully furnished throughout.
Bedrooms:
Two double-bedrooms lead off from the living area, one with a double bed and French windows overlooking the front terrace and gardens, the other with twin single beds. A vestibule leads to a shower room and wc.
Bathrooms: A fully tiled shower room with extra large cubicle and power shower, washbasin and wc.
Kitchen: The American-style kitchen with breakfast-bar is equipped with a new electric cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. Guests have a full set of cookware, utensils and matching porcelain tableware.
Utility Room: An iron, ironing board, floor mop, pan and brush, broom, bucket, clothes horse and basic cleaning materials including washing up liquid, detergent, conditioner, floor cleaner and dishwasher tablets are all provided for the convenience of guests.
Living Rooms: The lounge has a cosy settee, arm chairs and coffee table. The dining area has a wrought iron glass-top dining table with matching chairs to seat 4. There is a TV with Sky satellite free channels and DVD player. The gîte has broadband internet with WIFI.
Other: We offer long lets on a monthly basis, during Winter, for those searching for property. Prices include heating and electricity. Handy for the village shops with full central heating, the gite is well placed for exploring the Charente and Dordogne.

[post_content] => The one storey villa sleeps six in three bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and two twin rooms. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with shelves and clothes rail.
The bathroom has modern low flush toilet, basin and full size bath with shower. Plenty of constant hot water and good shower pressure.
There is a large open plan lounge with sofa and armchairs to seat 6 with views to the front overthe large garden through very large picture windows and views to the rear, of the garden and other cottages.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, surface mounted mini electric oven /grill, washing machine and dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. It has all the basic crockery and cutlery.
There is a dining area to seat 6 between the kitchen and lounge areas.
The pool behind the cottages is for the use of our villa guests too and although not immediately adjacent to the villa is only a short (60 second) stroll down the
garden or lane, but children of cause will have to be accompanied. The pool is completely enclosed for privacy from passers by and for security. It is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and is a real sun trap.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower facility, low flush toilet and basin with plenty of hot water.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a set of draws and a fitted wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. It has windows with views to the front and side.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds each and a fitted wardrobe with shelves and hanging space each. These two bedrooms are adjacent to the bathroom . They are on the opposite side of the house to the master bedroom.
Outside there is a covered porch, ideal for a sit in the shade in the hot summer months. There is a large garden for games or sunbathing for the exclusive use of our villa guests. This is not enclosed, but with young children of our own, we consider it safe as long as children are supervised. There is a gated driveway for private parking. A garden table with chairs and parasol is provided, as is a barbecue.

[post_content] => This self catering gite incorporates the remainder of the stables and the former hay barn. This was originally an open fronted barn used for storing and drying the hay and straw. The double height front has allowed us to create a very light and airy feel to the downstairs lounge with French windows across the whole width. The kitchen has been opened up to the eaves and is equipped as the others with the addition of a dishwasher and a large dining table for up to 8 people.
The main entrance is via the double doors into the dining area from the private patio which on this gite is at the end of the barn. The patio is fully block paved and bordered by the garden wall on two sides and fencing and trellis on the third. Besides the outdoor dining furniture there is also a large barbecue built into the old chimney on the outside wall.

[post_content] => The comfortable cottage at Ouismes, comprises a large furnished sitting room with a cosy wood stove for the winter months. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the corner with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. The open plan staircase takes you up to a large double bed room with en suite shower room and wc. There is a large window on the stairwell bringing plenty of light and a small one overlooking the garden and valley below. There is a cot and folding bed suitable for a baby, toddler or small child.
Outside there is a large terrace with table and chairs, a border of fresh herbs, flower beds, a lawn and an off-road private parking space. The whole garden and terrace is enclosed by a fence. Guests are invited to enjoy the owners' 'child free' pool and terrace during the day. Two bikes are also available. Depending on the season there is also produce from the garden for sale.
In 2013 the village of Crezieres won the Departmental 1st prize in the sub 500 inhabitants section of the 'Village Fleurie' flower competition.
